The hotel is good on an average. Both the suite and normal rooms are adequately priced. But there are no washrooms in the hotel apart from those in the rooms itself which is quite painful when you book the hotel to organise any big event where there are alot of guests and they can't find washrooms. Apart from that the banquet hall is big enough for 300-400 people but the air conditioning is not well maintained and the washrooms are so dirty that it might make you sick. Apart from these two issues rest is all quite satisfactory.

Hotel industry is known for service and this hotel no where matches when it comes to services provided by them. Service was really poor. Room was okay though bathroom fixtures were either broken or not working. Not a very good experience. Also food items we felt were priced at higher side.

Been here for a marriage ceremony. The hotel is spacious and the food is good. Though the hotel has limited staff but the service is fast. The hotel has ample parking space. Also there is a axis bank branch in the bank.

Wonderful place to stay. Friendly staff. Too supportive. Big room big bed, refrigerator included in room with no extra charge. There is on balcony in room, fan with remote operated, split Air Condition with makes room chill that much that you have to take blanket and sleep

Hotel blue diamond is one of the best places to stay in Bokaro Steel city..it has one of the best facilities you'll find in the city. Rooms are spacious as well as neat and tidy. Room service is prompt. Food here though is a tad expensive but the taste is fine.. has two ATM's nearby and the bus stand is also just 500m away. Rating-4/5.

A very nice place to stay. The lobby is well decorated with seats and red carpeted. The room where I am staying is specious and lot of seating arrangements.The room has a big king size comfortable bed with a 40 inch LED TV and a cool high TOR AC. The food of the restaurant is of taste as well.

This is an average hotel in Bokaro city near Naya More Chowk. Location is ok and the hotel is ok too. The room condition was okish. Room service takes a long long time. A peculiar part was the breakfast which is served in the room. The breakfast reached me around 1 1/2 hrs after I ordered. I had asked for only cornflakes and milk. It you have to stay in Bokaro then it could be an option.
