It's a very good small Hotel with almost all facilities. The owner and staff members are very kind enough to arrange for all requirement starting from food to cabs.
I enjoyed my stay there.
The Hotel is very near to Banganga Checkpost for starting journey of Vaishnodevi Mata temple.

It was a decent place to stay. We took the triple sharing room and were under budget (1500-1700).
The staff was really good. One drop via car was complimentary. Food was okay okay.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located in the middle of Vaishnodevi and Katra market, 10 minutes walking from bus stand as well as from banganga checkpoint, extremely clean & comfortable room. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. Everything starting from the room service, food, and other mentioned services including wifi were all top notch. They also provided local sightseeing facilities with airport pick and drop with reasonable prize. The staff was very supportive and co-operative and would like to give a shout out to Rakesh Kumar bhaiya who was very helpful throughout our trip. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.

Overall the amenities are ok for a pleasant stay. It is roughly midway between the Katra Bus Stand and the Banganga frisking point, making it a good location to stay at for someone visiting the Vaishno Devi Shrine. Staff is good, and the hotel owner is quite friendly. There is no complementary breakfast, but the meals are priced ok, so not a huge deal.

Oke of the best place i have stayed! Very amazing hotel, perfect place close to banganga. Nice staff, restaurant is amazing also. Even they are renovating the hotel for the upcoming experience also. Best for the recommendation for everyone.

Some rooms are still under renovation and we were given those rooms the first day and those were below expectations. But second day things improved as we shifted to other rooms that were better. Staff was polite and helpful. They need to introduce some more payment options as they demanded cash and upi only and denied accepting credit cards.

1. Small rooms with fungus on walls.2. No parking available at hotel, nearby parking charges you min Rs 200 for 24 hours. These charges may shoot up in peak season.3. No free pick and drop available for yatra parchi counter or even banganga entry gate, in best case scenario they call you an auto which you can get easily yourself.4. Location is not near to Yatra Parchi counter / Bus stand.5. Room Service were not up to the mark, you have to call and get fresh towels and water. Also, Towels provided were not clean.
