Eden Resorts and spa

Room which I stayed was not cleaned well and there was a foul smell. The bed linens were dirty. Food is good. But staffs at restaurant is not friendly. If any complaints the front office staffs sorted out quickly.

Wonderful boutique hotel with lovely people working here. We loved both the breakfast and dinner buffet here. Views are nice from the front balcony rooms and the room amenities are very good, especially the toiletries.

A very beautiful place to stay at when you're residing in Pahalgam. It is situated on the banks of the river Lider and the views are just mind blowing from the hotel. If you're a mountain head, this place gives you the experience of staying on the foothills of different mountains of Himalayas. The rooms are cozy and very comfortable according to the weather. During winters it got too cozy for us due to the heater in the room. Experienceing minus degrees weather outside and feeling a little hot in the rooms is what made the stay too comfortable. The food in the hotel is pretty good and the staff are very friendly. Mr.Faizan helped us by giving us a beautiful view room. His assistance is to be noted as he was a great chap in the hotel who's a part of the main reception team

The rooms were excellent. Service was good. One can visit here without a second thought. Property location is easily accessible from srinagar Airport. It is lifetime experience visiting here. Food is also good. Faizan and asif the reception managers were prompt at there jobs.

It's an amazing resort. The location is completely heavenly. The stream flowing nearby adds up to the magnificence. The ambience is rich and radiant. The place is very hygienic. It has a play zone, an auditorium and a jacuzzi too. The food was delicious. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Car parking is not a problem. The staff is excellently groomed. I feel that the price is a little to the higher edge. The managerial staff is generous enough to readily furnish any extra service.
Urgent need to change the bedding and upgrade the buffet especially in non veg.

There is no lift in the hotel. I got a room in the 3rd floor and had to go by walking. The location is ok. The room were not properly clean. The heater is not available in night after 12. It was minus -5 when i stayed in these hotel and it was too cold in the night. And in every 5-10 minutes light fluctuation is there so the heater in evening is also not working properly. When i complaint about light fluctuation to the reception, the person over there told that we are have this issue because we dont get the proper power from the power station (the silly and fake reason). And the hotel food is also not good. For veg the food is ok but for non vegeterians the food is not good and only 2 items they serve in non-veg. And that too 1 day chicken and 1 day mutton. So if you don't eat mutton you have to go for veg food. And the staff service is also too slow.

Don't try to book this place ever if you want to have a nice time in Pahalgam.
Things not working:
- Internet
- TV (Deactivated Tata Sky which was not activated after asking twice)
- Jacuzzi in the room
- Jacuzzi in the community area
- we asked for bonfire (considering nothing else is working in the hotel) which was denied saying its reserved for a private setup
- hot water in the evening
Things working:
- Housekeeping and restaurant staff is really nice, but they unfortunately does not help much considering things above not working.

Do not stay here ever!

The resort is located right in front of the Lidder stream with the view of mountains. The staff members are extremely helpful and kind. The food was also great. The rooms are will maintained and the jacuzzi was like a cherry on top of the cake.
