I stayed in this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights and the all services were excellent. Reception Mr Jawad was very welcoming and ready to help in all prospectives. The food is very good and hot which was prepared by Chef Bhat Hilal. The services was provided by Mr Aamir which was excellent and on time. The maintenance and room services were provided by Mr Mir hilal which was always on point and provided whenever asked. Mr Ali Mohd provided housekeeping which was good. All the staff is very friendly and welcoming and always ready to provide the services. It was a great experience in this hotel during our Srinagar visit.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and all the services were excellent. When we checked in to the hotel, we got Kahwah as wellcome drink. Rooms are decent and well maintained. Receptionist Mr. Mir Javid and all the other staffs were very welcoming, courteous, humble and extended their supports very quickly when ever we asked for. All are very energetic and helpful. Foods were also tasty.
It was a great experience in this hotel during our Srinagar visit.
But they should re think the price of mineral water. For 1 ltr 50 rupees is too much. Also they are providing only 250 ml of water per person as complimentary.

I was stayed 2 days in this hotel.
Pros:
Service was very good
Management was very good and patience
Food was excellent
Room maintainance is good
Thanks to Mr.ubaid mushtaq for received and providing tasty food and good service

Cons:
I won't recommend to buy items over there and they are very expensive.
If you want anything buy outside and come.

Conclusion:
Nice hotel and very good food.

The reason for even giving three stars is only for the courtesy and the hard work of the staff. It deserves two stars and not even one star for the attitude of the owner. I had gone here for a vacation with my family and had a 2 night stay but the owner was so arrogant and thought that others can live like dirt. We had booked three rooms in total for 2 nights and out of them only one room was proper. The other two rooms had blocked toilets and drainages. The flush wasn't even working. It was literally a nightmare. On the next day when we got an upgrade the rooms smelled like fungus and literally the white bedsheets had algae inside them. Be very careful when you book this place. The owner does not have the least amount of respect for customers. I am literally giving one star extra for the politeness and courtesy of the staff because they made sure that atleast our kids didn't feel out of place. The worst part was when I had an argument with the owner about the deteriorating services the staff came up to me and thanked me for giving her a hearing as she mistreats them as well!
Sigh !

The booking was in the name of my friend and I paid equally for the stay so we don't feel necessary to reveal his name and details. Obviously no one is mad to write such a detailed review and good experiences are always lauded. In the name of service you are deceiving your customers. God bless you man. Such a liar !
I pity your staff. Poor people. May they find better jobs. The least you could have done is apologize. But nothing !
Please be aware of this lady. She is really good at sugar coating. Don't ever ever stay here !

Worst hotel ever

Heaters were not working, electricity not regular or you can say not even for a particular amount of time.
Staff was forcing us to add 5 star review for them, speciallly Mr. Ubaid and Mr. Mir they both seems to be nice but very clever.

Never ever stay at this hotel or stay if you don't want to come back.

We stayed at this hotel during our December vacation of 2022. The current was always off every now and then. Breakfast and dinner menu were always repetitive. Very small room heater. Expected a lot from this good hotel.

Hotel has very nice and helping nature staf, I stayed in Hotel for 3 night, it was great stay and warm hospitality from team, Special thanks to Mr.Mir, he was always available for help. Food was very good,
Just suggestions: Need some improvement in heating system, rest all very nice.
Would definitely come again.

Very bad service, The management is manipulative especially mir hilal and the guy who manages the food, only a few are good . If you thinking of booking this hotel , just DON'T. They will make you mad everyday. You will have to constantly ask for the basic services. No warm water, no heater nothing. Book any other hotel and enjoy your holidays. I ruined mine but you can save yours.
