Peace Of Mind Group of Houseboats

Hotel is good and stay was very beautiful. Satisfied what i have paid and what i have got. Service and all are also good. I had my food also and I liked that. Hotel is nicely located and easy to access. Nice amenities are present there. Hotel is very clean.

Rami is a fantastic host. Not only he will arrange everything you need, make sure you have a great time, but also share interesting stories over cups of tea.
This is an excellent choice of houseboat to stay. The location is wonderful, overlooking the Nigeen lake. You can see kingfishers, herrings right from your room's window! Very peaceful and much nicer than the more commercial options on the dal lake. We had a wonderful​ time.

I booked the houseboat through Makemytrip, it was horrible experience to stay there, staff was very rude , there was no handle in bathroom, there was no space in wardrobe to keep clothes, A C was non functioning. Breakfast was not good

Unfortunately I booked this houseboat through mmt. The staff rudely denied to provide dinner on payment basis. No facilities, even washroom door had no lock and it was task to open n close it. Pathetic experience is d right review

We stayed for one night at the house boat. Located in Nigen lake. House boat under maintenance. Only Washrooms & dining room are furnished. However, service is very good. Dinner was tasty. Not much options in breakfast only tea, bread & poha. Staff very polite and active. Not much places to visit nearby. Only a few houseboats placed at Nigen lake. Lonely place. House boat stay at Dal lake should be preferred.. It is advised to look for better options at Dal lake..

This is a great way to experience Kashmiri houseboats. While Dal lake is beautiful, it is also very crowded and dirty. This provides a similar experience without the crowds.

Great hospitality and a good chance to savour local home made food. Rooms are OK, not like hotels, but clean and well appointed for a days stay.

Make sure you get up early in the morning to catch the sunrise and also the boat hawkers plying back and forth in the shikaras.

Hi, this stay is amazing, people here are nice, it has an amazing view from the window, fatiz is the one who took care of me, just feels like home here, breakfast as said it was on time, I was on a solo trip so they kept checking on me often until bed time and in the morning as well, highly recommend for the tourists to stay here for the view and for the people around.

It was very comfortable stay in peace of mind house boat , room service was absolutely amazing from Mr .Latheef , very neat room , bathrooms and all over very recommended
