Hotel Naqash Residency - Top Hotel in Kashmir/ Best Hotel in Kashmir

I stayed for almost a month here. Very nice hotel with all the essential amenities including 24 hrs hot water, which you might require during the stay. They even recently installed centralised cooling and heating systems in the hotel. So in harsh winters it is helpful. Food is awesome, taste is much better than any outside restaurant in srinagar especially if you are vegetarian. All in all it is value for money hotel.

Most importantly the staff is very warm, welcoming and cooperative. Especially madiha ma'am. She is kind of manager here and manages everything in the hotel. Madiha ma'am is very kind, cooperative and helpful. She makes sure that guests feel comfortable in the hotel and takes care of any issues if at all there are any. Madiha ma'am goes out of her way to help guests in anyway possible. Very grateful to her for her valuable help and cooperation. A good hotel cannot be good without its staff and naqash has great staff lead by Madiha ma'am.

The overall service of Hotel Naqash is very good . Rooms are very good with heating facility. Management and staff are very co operative with the guests.
Manager Mr.Shoukat is very helpful.

The service and food was excellent. The management and staff was very friendly. Especially Showkat, Tahir and Talib was very kind and gave us good customer experience. Room was also very clean and amazing. Highly recommended!

I had been to Srinagar for attending a conference at SKUAST (Agricultural University) at Shalimar. I happen to stay at Naqash Residency. The room was great with hot water facility via geyser (cum cold water mixer) throughout the day and also the AC providing warmth as it was during Novermber, 2022. The hotel staff were cordial. The breakfast which I took over there during the three days period was good. Morning tea was also served daily. The linen in bed were spick and span. Apart from the usual bed quilt pullovers, woolen (mink) blanket was also there as an add-on. Also, provision was there like electric kettle, tea bags, sugar sachets etc. for making tea whenever required. Overall my stay experience was great and I would give a 9.5 out of 10 (being a statistician, I usually tend not to give exact 10 on 10, as there may be some chance factor!). Hence I strongly recommend other tourists or business people to prefer staying at Naqash Residency hotel in Shalimar, Sriinagar.

The stay was really very very excellent, the staff and the coordination was very excellent.Especially appreciating Mr. Mushthaq for his dedication to walk with me to show some groceries and come back. Recommending all the cudos to join with them
