The hotel was excellent Front office manager was soo nice the way of talk of the managers are so police staff was also so nice We enjoyed in this hotel so much Soo I prefer to come there nd enjoy

It gave us good food and rooms were neat and tidy but the wifi connection was poor and the staff wasn't able to maintain discipline between the customers because some customers were acting extremely rudely to other people

The location is good. But the food quality was average. We order chicken soup and they brought chicken stew which was mild and not good. What we liked is the DJ which they play in evening after 7 pm. We enjoyed it a lot. Overall it's was decent exp

Hotel location is good. DJ and Bonfire is also good. But staff is too arrogant. Cleanliness is not maintained in room. Food quality is poor. Not recommended for families.

Very good stay in patnitop, mind blowing view from balcony. Reasonable fare rate. Breakfast and Dinner was good.

We visited in peak season. The location is amazing, the evening bonfire and dj is wonderful. The food is awesome (though service was a little slow). The rooms are neat and clean. There was hot water. And electric heating bed kept us warm. Looking forward to visit again.

Nice location but terrible service. Rooms were not clean like we found torn, worn out and filthy linen when we checked in. So when we complained they changed the room. The other room offered was a little better than before but still filthy. The warm linens are not changed or cleaned accordingly. Ordered room service for snacks and dinner, arrived in time and was okay but after that we ordered some desserts which didn’t show up even after waiting for two hours and even after reminding them about the order as they were busy serving other guests. Too loud music in the hotel campus disturbing the privacy of other guests. And they are not even bothered about it. Despite of pre payment of full room rent in advance of two months they called us back during check out to ask some silly things and checking the booking receipts and all. Terrible management of the hotel will definitely not recommend for traveler looking for peaceful and clean environment.
