Awesome view of the the mountains and beautiful landscape. Rooms are average. But the food and service both commendable. The chef needs a special mention for complying with the specifications and served us delicious meal.
The service staff is polite and patient. We had a family stay and we left with a smile. Thankyou

We were 3 couples and 1 kid stayed at this property for a day and the hospitality received from them was outstanding and location is also outstanding. Food was really good and the property had a lovely big lawn. We really like the Staff and the manager. Climate was really good and they had room heater and round the clock hot water. It has a best view with a balcony. They provide in room dining and breakfast for MAP PLAN. ( Pre booked meals) and give you a choice of food to select from a vast range of menu. Overall we loved this property and highly recommended for your stay.

The staff is very humble, the location is great and serene. The rooms however aren't as expected considering the charges are hefty. It's the most expensive and luxurious hotel there. It should have something better, although they have parks for early morning walks which refreshes your mind and a lot of big city people want that desperately 😉.

Average place to stay , staff is nice location is good , few hotels in patnitop which are clean than many hotels , very peaceful place

Clean Linen and rooms. Ample parking space. Very humble, helpful and polite staff. Prompt service and very reasonably priced food. Running hot water and kettle/tea bags/coffee and milk sachets available in each room. Carpetted floor and a room a heater available too. Yes a small feedback, rooms do require some attention on maintenance which could enhance the over all experience and make it a wow stay. Yet rating it 5 on 5 as I need clean beds and clean bathrooms and a balcony.. which was all there. Safe for solo women travellers.

Worst rooms , rude Behaviour of the staff, non higenic food, dirty beddings, highly overpriced, dirty toilets. Don't recommend if you are planning go for hotels in patnitop.

Worst rooms, Overpriced i won't even pay 1500 for that kind of room and service, Manager was rude , don't ever pay online for booking in this hotel, unhygienic washrooms
