Highlands Park

Amazing lovely place. Peaceful and serene. The views are indeed breathtaking. Only regret was the maintenance of entrance pathways and general upkeep. Otherwise, no hotel has such views compared to Highland. The rooms were sparkling clean and the team members quite hardworking and energetic. The shops opposite the hotel main entrance didn't look in best of shapes and overall exterior cleanliness could be looked into. Lawns were well curated though!

property is old, stabled in 1960's, staff's are old and slow, no energy, and no hospitality and warmth from the staff. food was amazing. view was not great as the other property... property highly needs the renovation. no welcome drink offered. no tea coffee in the room and no hot water bottle. they had the excuse that few rooms of the property burnt from the short circuit, that's why they don't serve any amenities. over price for the property but food price is very economical as we see the other places in gulmarg.staff needs to be more courteous.

We visited Highlands Park only for a light meal - did not stay overnight, however everything we saw and experienced there was top grade. The grounds (where you can eat outdoors), the lounge, the food and the service was flawless. Its location on a hilltop affords a wonderful view of Gulmarg and the surrounding mountains.

Excellent food, great service, beautiful surroundings full of flowers, good hospitality, haven't stayed but should be serene place to stay also. Very well maintained. Loved to visit whenever in Gulmarg. Thumbs up

The property from the outside looks too old & the pathways leading to the rooms look so dilapidated. But when you enter the rooms, they are really excellent & cosy. Overall a nice property for stay. The food was the best part of this hotel. Loved each dish we ordered & the staff hospitality & service was high on standards.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The hotel is located on the edge of a golf course, surrounded by mountains. The rooms were great, the service excellent. The breakfast menu was very limited and unsatisfactory.

We stayed here at Diwali 2022 after staying here on my last visit to Kashmir as a child.

Great hotel. Comfortable wood panelled room with a traditional kashmiri wood burning Bukhari (stove) in the bedroom. We had a dressing room and a modern bathroom with a heater.. such a luxury as the 1st snowfall had made it very cold. And hot water on tap.

We had a bearer who brought us morning tea. And was literally at our beck and call through the day.

Breakfast is included in the package. It was good with Indian and western items available.

We ate our lunch outdoors ., outside our room.

We’d have dinner in the room, choosing off the extensive menu.

Clean well maintained rooms! Great Forest Essential toiletries. Safe in the dressing room. Lots of lights - so I can read in bed at night.

The reception team helped us book theGondola online.

The property is large and on a hilltop giving an expansive view of Gulmarg.

We booked a suite here... the room was very spacious and clean...the room service guy was available 7am to 10pm next to our suite only...the food of the hotel is good however it's slightly overpriced and there is no discount on anything...it's a good place for couples and family to spend time together but unfortunately there is no other recreational amenities in the property...
