Very convenient to stay. Food is delicious. South Indian people will like this hotel. Service has been made immediately to rectify the issues raised. They didn't ask for any extra charges. Overall it's good.

The AC in the room was not working, the same was informed to us at the time of checking in, the owner also asked us for cancellation. He later agreed to shift us to another room post check out of other guest. We eventually got the other room after 2 hours but those 2 hours were like sitting inside the barbeque. The owner's attitude was very friendly and helpful but the manager was not bothered at all with our inconvenience and discomfort.
Overall a good hotel because of it's location near to the Jammu Tavi Railway Station.

Very bad experience here. Heater & fan was not working. No generator back when light was gone . We sleep 2 to 3 hours without electricity at night . Windows were broken , no glass to the windows. Reception behaviour was very rudely.

Location is gud n nearest to railway station. But wifi connection is very pathetic
Food is very good and you can also get customised food on your requirement. You will also face multiple power cuts.
People are good and cooperative.
Overall stay was fine.

The owner is illiterate and gujjar and he is cheap person and is looting people. The hotel is in shambles. No parking and poor wifi. No geyser working.

I stayed at The Grand Hill for 1 night with my wife and son and I am giving my honest review based on my experience. I am aware that reviews are the only source which people can trust whether to book particular hotel or not. So I am giving my 100% honest review.I stayed in this hotel on 22 August for 1 night and I was given room number 103.Room was small but it is okay as this is budget hotel. The room and bathroom was clean. The AC was giving cooling like fan at 18 C. Geyser was not giving hot water. TV was also not working which was fixed immediately after I made complaint about it. As AC and Geyser was not working, I have asked the receptionist boy to change my room but he and another person (I think he was an owner) said that AC and Geyser takes time. The next day another guest was about to come (I guess) and that receptionist boy checked the geyser again and he himself confirmed that it was not giving hot water as expected. Also, even after entire night, AC wasn't able to give cooling.I have had a complimentary (not sure why we call it complimentary, we pay for that ) breakfast and the taste was that aloo paratha was not good. We have been served 2 aloo parathas (1 aloo paratha in 2 pieces) with 2 cups tea and we could eat 2 pieces of aloo paratha and returned 2 pieces back. The taste of tea was very good.Further, they have not provided us basic things like Soap, Shampoo, Water bottles which we get generally in almost all the hotels.I would like to state that my son was not feeling well and receptionist boy helped me giving doctor's address. I am thankful to him for the same. I would recommend you all to check out other options Or if you have already decided to book this hotel then please don't take room number 103 and please do not include complimentary breakfast.

Following are the issues. 1. Wifi was not working at all. Complained 3 times to the manager but didn't take it seriously. 2. Room service is poorest. Order plate and bowls after check-in but we didn't get till checkout. 3. No room Service is available at one call. You need to call at least 3-4 times.4. We were very exhausted after Vaishno Devi yatra and Hammering sound (some construction work) was on the roof during the whole stay. We didn't sleep at all in the day time 5. My rating is1My overall experience is pathetic 😒
