A newly built hotel with good room sizes and reasonable price. The washrooms were clean with effective hot water provision. Not very far away from the bus stand and main market road but need to walk for 5-10mins, difficult to get an auto for bus stand from the hotel and if found then they ask for 100/- it would be good if the Hotel arranges pick and drop from bus stand at reasonable price.

The level of carelessness shown by the hotel staff and management is unbelievable. I was here with my family for Shri Mata Vaishno Devi darshan and before leaving for yatra, I had handed over my room keys at reception with a request to clean the room before our return. On return, what I found was that my room was opened and not even a single person from staff and management knows about that, the keys were missing from reception and only God knows what actually happened after me into my room. Even the room was not cleaned (I am still wondering for what they had opened the room then)
Even Reception guys had no seriousness and were laughing in front of me when keys were lost. This is such a ridiculous way towards security and I never recommend anyone to book your quality family time at this hotel.
Also, food is pathetic. DON'T ORDER!

Excellent service and stay. Highly recommended for those who travelling to Katra because of its wonderful and clean rooms - they also provide heaters and staff here is very helpful. Food here is very delicious and Shree Vaishnodevi Mandir is very near from this hotel. They will also help you with sightseeing vehicles.

Spent one night there with my family while we were in Katra for paying visit of Mata Vaishno Devi. It was a nice stay.
Even Reception guys had no seriousness and were laughing in front of me when keys were lost. This is such a ridiculous way towards security and I never recommend anyone to book your quality family time at this hotel.
Also, food is pathetic. DON'T ORDER!
