The hotel service is prompt and flawless, the staff is polite and eager to help and the environment here is cordial and positive. They leave no stone unturned to serve in the best possible way. The rooms are luxurious, the food was yummy .

Best hotel in Katra. Rooms are neat and clean. Staff is polite and provide every single thing we need. Hot water available 24 hrs. Customer support is excellent. Smooth early check in.

The hotel is neat and clean. Services are good. The staff are very cooperative. It is near to Katra Railway Station and adjacent to Katra bus stand. we really enjoyed the stay. THIS HOTEL CAN NOT BE BOOKED THROUGH OYO .

I stay a night at a cost of 1200 rs but its not worthy. Rooms are smelly, too small , bathroom tiles are broken its better to prefer dharmanshala than this hotel. In my opinion 500rs are sufficient for this type of hotel. The pictures they place on different websites are totally different from reality. The one thing is good the politely behavior of staff.

Well managed budget hotel near bus stand , main market is just few steps away. Very nice, polite and cooperative staffs. Hotel doesn't have restaurants as like ninety five percent nearby hotels. Actually this is a place where expecting luxury is irrational so ok ok type may be considered as like best.

One of the worst hotels I've stayed at. This 1 Star is only because they ensured to provide us with Jain food when asked.
The hotel lacks hygiene, the rooms are dirty. We stayed in this hotel on 5th December, 2022. We booked this hotel through a travel agency. At first, we were given a room which lacked basic hygiene. The bedspreads were dirty, the toilet wasn't cleaned and the room had mold. We contacted our agency in the hope that they might change the hotel. During this time, the agency contacted the hotel to change the room for us. The hotel manager wasn't happy about this and quite rude to us.
When we informed about the mold, he says "Aapko kya karna hai use?" (What do you have to do with Mold?). We were then shifted to a different room. This room was a little better. Since we were staying for just one night, we didn't want any more chaos and adjusted. But this is not a hygienic place to stay. Every person we met at Katra kept saying us "Katra heights cannot even be called a 2-star hotel". Sadly, we didn't know this before booking. I just have one question to people who gave it 5, "Why?"

Absolutely neat and clean Hotle. Services, Behaviour of staff are very polite kind and cooperative. Hotle is located nearby Katra Railway Station. We really astonished the stay there. Thanks for the such kind of Hospitality.

Great service provided by hotel katra heights. Owner is very helpful and cooperative. Rooms are neat and clean. Washroom is clean and hygienic. As a travel agent we didn’t disappoint with the services. My client is happy to stay in katra heights. Highly recommend to all. Budget friendly Hotel.
