I found my stay in Best Western very comfortable.
Staff is very polite and supportive.
Provide us essential amenities.
Hand towel , bathrobe and washroom slippers are missing.
What I loved the most in Best Western is their super yummy food.
Morning buffet and afternoon À LA CARTE is super delicious.
Iron board is not there which is not a big issue .
Thing I supposed must be there is Pick and drop facility. Because we visited there on a rainy day.

We do Hustle to find a cab.

The pick drop facility will be very helpful if it is available. .

A pathetic staff the guys sitting on the front desk in the morning shift is really pathetic.Although rooms are good.The front desk is really talking like a goon.They just threatening the guest.If best western really wants to run this hotel then they should take immediate shuffling on staff especially front desk.Times change Best Western a lot of competition is now a days.I know thos feedback really matters because that guys has told me sir likhdo jo likhna koi farak nahin padta hum to aise hain.

Great stay near the temple and close to the market. Staff are polite and friendly. Cleanliness is good. Food is delicious 😋

I stayed here for 3 days. Staff was polite and good. But unfortunate part is that they claimed extra money for my son. My son is 7 yrs old and according to them he used extra bed. Extra bed was not taken and he slept in the same bed with us. I travel every year but none of the hotels have ever asked extra money for a kid. While booking I had mentioned about my kid and nothing as such was told by them.
A parent cannot take an extra room for the kid. It is known part he or she will sleep with parents.

Experience with hotel interior and service is nice. I enjoyed my holiday with this hotel.. ony disappointing was my husband had an accident so we expect a room near to the lift bt they gave me the last most room.

Missed fridge in room.
AC not working.
Mediocre food quality.
Did not receive newspaper inspite of multiple calls.
