We stayed at ramada for a day and it was good. The staff was polite and well mannered no complaints there.They had arranged a little complimentary cake on request also. But the visual representation of rooms is inaccurate , they had shown the room as spacious and large but in reality they were not. Also there is no upgradation of rooms if you want to get a bigger one , you don’t have any option to do that. No suites and deluxe option. They have mentioned two swimming pools but the little one is for babies . So technically there’s only one pool that too of small size.

Everything is good about hotel, staff, food, place, location. Area to improve is room service, bit delayed. Even then i am giving 5 star rating. As we really enjoyed here. BEST FOR FAMILY, staff is well educated and caring for small kids specially.

Hotel stay was realy good. Food is yummmm. Hotel staff has very nice gesture and they are realy children friendly. Only cons is swimming pool didnt had temp. Cntrol so u cannot use it. Rest overall it was awsum stay.

It was a pleasant stay, enjoyed our time. Property is located in prime location on hill top with valley view. Rooms were nice and spacious. Food specially morning breakfast spread was really nice. Will recommend to others.

Best experience in Kasauli. The terrace sitting is awesome. The only thing is you have to pay for heaters which are usually provided in such areas. Still, a great place to spend some quality time with friends and family.

This is one of the best properties in kasauli on the highway. The rooms are very spacious and the food is also good. The roof top dinning is very scenic. A must visit place, you can come with friends, family and office friends etc.

Lovely ambience and hospitality! Buffet was also amazing and the food was scrumptious 😋 special thanks to chef Bhaskar. Really appreciate his talent and the taste he has in his hands…. Overall amazing experience
