Hotel New Palace

Overall, I had a great experience with the Hotel New Palace. Staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful and clean. Excellent property and very convenient to the centre (you can enjoy the mountain view from the hotel) and the food was tasty and fresh with lots of varieties for breakfast and dinner.

Nicely decorated rooms and reception area . view from the property is mesmerizing.we stayed in superior room it was all clean and centrally heated and that's all you need in winters. Parking was also available that is great. Overall had a great stay .

Nice. Clean, Descent rooms. !!. Loved the food , very tasty and few options as well to pick from. Location also very good , tight space for parking for 4 wheeler. Overall would definitely recommend this in Dalhousie.

The place has a great view with nice cosy rooms. The staff and management are extremely welcoming and courteous. They go of their way to personally tend to you and make you comfortable. Had a wonderful stay!

The rooms are very small to stay in. The shower in the bathroom is also not working and we are provided with a bucket and mug to bath and the geysers also need special care.Hand Towels are also not present. The flush is also not working too.This hotel is also unhygienic as we are provided with soaps instead of handwashes. Room heaters are also not present and we have to attach the heater.I don't think that this hotel needs a star too.Some Lights are also not working. Also, they have cockroaches n this room.The mirror is very dirty. I spoiled my mood after spending a night here..

The staff was very professional and accommodating. I felt very welcome as soon as I stepped through the premises, the nature-concept room was clean and I had a beautiful view of the Himalayas and running spring water as well.

Hotel was just awesome and room was clean. Stay was good and food was mouth watering. Staff no doubt was very cooperative, friendly and welcoming. View from the room was mind blowing.
