The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing and helpful. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this oak valley hotel.

Will not blame hotel completely as we don't know what our tour operator paid to them. It might be they could provide this much only in the money that got paid from tour operator but tour operator charged us extra for this hotel while there were many other cheaper but better hotels in nearby area (but hotel staffs are very humble but they cannot do much with limited resources available with them). Would not suggest anyone to choose room with meal plan as very limited options in buffet. Few basis amenities missing as well. The only saving grace is outside scenery from hotel and its humble staffs but what a customer has to do with hospitality if no proper services provided. Choose this hotel only if you are too tight on budget and not interested in walking around hotel in spare time.

Very Bad Experience.
Room was decent, but the pillow cover were too dirty, even the razai were dirty. We call room service to change pillow cover, they sent one pillow and said rest cover went for washing we dont have any other pillow cover. During this conversation that person was playing pubg he not even payin attention.
Also the food taste was good.
The washroom tap were broken. Although the only thing we like was the early morning view from our room.

My Trip Planner had booked this hotel, they said it’s a 3* hotel, but in actual it’s not. It may be 1-2 stars. More like a higher level home stay. (Please see attached pictures) Hotel is on top of a hill, I mean, may be entire Dharamshala is like that, it’s too cold, much colder than Manali.
Very close to Bhagsunaag Temple we can walk as it’s hardly around 500m from this hotel. Also close to Dalai Lama Temple. Food was ok, not that great(my opinion) Other might like it.
No bed heater or room heater provided. 500 per day if not included in the itinerary.

Bedding of rooms were not clean, you can find holes in blankets and white blankets were very dirty. Food was pathetic 😒, we have ordered veg pulo and returned it without even tasting as it's not smelling good. Staff was bit rude. Location is also not that great.

Best hotel….we stay here for one night..all staff are very polite and humble in nature and best part of this hotel is food….food is too delicious specially dal makhani and paratha🤤🤤 overall nice experience with this hotel 😍

Location not good. Food OK. Rooms not great. Hot water issue. Heater charged 500Rs per night but was of no use

Location is very nice near to bhagsu nag market and temple View is superb from room, excellent service Overall good experience
