Hotel Satyam Paradise

Room was okay. Balcony was not cleaned properly. Some of the staffs are good and some of them are very rude. Food was good. Some of the room service staffs were drunk. No Wi-Fi in this hotel. It’s a very basic service generally all the hotel provides, but this hotel was an exception!! :(

At the time of checkout they didn’t ask the room key to submit and unknowingly, I kept that in my pocket. For this I need to return to the hotel once again.

Reasonable price. Service and foods are very good. Room layout and view is very nice. But a little lack of cleanness. Overall very good for the price.

Hotel is decent. Around 42 rooms available.
Rooms are good. Geyser is available in Bathroom, so no problem of hot water availability only in specific hours. Food is okayish, chicken curry is provided everyday. Kettle is provided for heating drinking water.

Absolutely one of the best hotels. Hotel rooms are spacious and there is a beautiful scenery awaits from the balcony. Food is excellent and service is quite good

The hotel's food and room service were both below average. The food was of poor quality and failed to meet even the basic standards of taste and presentation. Similarly, the room service was slow and unresponsive, with staff taking a long time to attend to guests' needs, if at all. This resulted in a frustrating experience for guests who were looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The hotel management needs to improve the quality of food and the responsiveness of their staff to provide a better experience to guests. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Very rude N impolite staf their receptionist was really rude wasn't even polite to answer our concern . Not worthy for vacation.They were treating customers in very biased way.
I think they at least should learn to or acknowledge the presence guests.
Tho they really have great view N building but dont judge the book by its cover (N by that i mean in negative way) they might have good infrastructure but lack in manners, hospitality, staff management.

My review of the hotel is that the food and room service were disappointing. The quality of the food was poor, and the selection was limited. The room service was slow and the food was not well prepared. Overall, it was not a pleasant dining experience. Additionally, the service from the room service staff was lacking in attentiveness and professionalism. The room service took an excessive amount of time to respond to requests, and when they did finally arrive, the food was cold and unappetizing. In summary, the hotel's food and room service were not up to the standards I expected, and I would not recommend it to others.

Naame bade , darshan chhote or khote, rooms are not so good also people are not getting hot water fluently, so very bad room service, food quality is worst , all the services they provided is not like 3 star, it's like 1 star.
As per my experience, you should prefer dharam shala as compared to this hotel..
