honeymoon inn stay was awesome the view from room no 309 was amazing. we were there on diwali evening . literally we can see the whole shimla from our room and see alla the crackers that was so cool. the staff in the hotel is so cooperative and helped us alot. the serene atmosphere was so so good. the hotel premise was so tidy and we have lots of spot there to take pictures to keep that alla in memories. really loved the stay

The stay was good, but I would rather advise the restaurant staff to be polite towards the Hotel's guests. You need to respect the guests, impoliteness or undesirable experience will not take you anywhere. Secondly, you need to make some better arrangements to carry luggage of the guests to the reception since the hotel is located at a considerable height. Asking Hotel's staff to carry heavy luggage is inhumanity. Even they are human beings and you cannot ask them to "serve" the guests to such an extent that they are required to carry more than 10 kgs on their backs and climb up to the hotel.

Check in was very smooth even reached little early. The rooms were clean, very comfortable. The food quality was great and sevice was exceptional as well. Hotel provide pickup and drop to lift parking free of cost.

Recommend for stay near Mall Road

If anyone wants to stay with rats they can choose this hotel. It was my worst experience with this hotel. I stayed in MD suite whole night rats were jumping on the roof and walls. Unprofessional behaviour of management staff. If you tell them the problem they will put it on you.. i wasted my 5.5k by choosing this hotel. There are couple of hotels in the town who will give you better service and behaviour for half of the price. Please do not waste your money here.

We stayed in this resort for 3 days . And must say that we had a beautiful experience. Like the room was very neat and clean... The view from the window was the best part of staying in this place. Whole shimla can be seen and it is very near to mall road by walking.. another most important thing is the food. It was so delicious and tasty each n every item in breakfast and dinner they were serving.
Lastly the staffs were very helpful and humble.
In whole everything was perfect... Had a great experience...

Will definitely recommend everyone to visit and even I will visit this place again 😊

The stay was awesome. courteous staff. Amazing food. The view is breathtaking from the hotel. Also please do book their complimentary breakfast as they have a good variety and awesome taste. we took their buffet dinner too and it turned out pretty well. Stay was cosy and good for couples as well as family. The only disadvantage is reaching the hotel as the vehicles can't reach at the doorstep. you have to walk a steep road to get there. being a vip zone vehicles are allowed to a certain extent. However it's pretty close to the Mall road. They charge very genuine for their day tour. overall an excellent experience best if you want a relaxing experience and spend time with your loved ones.

We stayed in honeymoon suite. The room is excellent. With proper sunlight and hygiene maintained. Breakfast is also good with decent options. Location is near to mall road but cars are not allowed till hotel and it is at good height so can be problematic for aged people or those who cant walk much. Car parking facility is not there, so you have to park at government parking. Staff was very helping and prompt.

Where should I start my words of praise for this wonderful property in Simla. We, a family of five stayed at this hotel and all of us were completely satisfied with everything the hotel has to offer.

The food quality and variety was awesome. The taste was so perfect. We enjoyed every minute of our stay here.
The staff at the reception, in the restaurant and the helping staff- all were very helpful and co-operative.

Will sure recommend this property situated at an amazing location to all.
