Good place to stay for family and business and food is really nice.
Location is excellent at ISBT which is connected to all major part of North India, ample parking space. Shimla city connectivity is also nice u can get taxis in night also.
Hotel has in house restaurant which serves delicious food, they have wide variety of dishes both veg and non veg and has taste of North Indian planes not like Himachal taste which u normally get in hills. Rooms are spacious and all comforting things which are required.

Improvements is marketing of hotel and its access from parking should be direct which I believe management has to think and work upon.

Foods and rooms are well for short stay. It has more space for parking than others. On the way and very less traffic area. Very few rooms in numbers. It is situated on 4th floor rest floors have various shops and official. But it is away from main city.

The hotel is located in one of the floors of a huge complex maintained near ISBT bus station.Not at all recommended for family stay as it,s maintained in a commercial complex.

It has no parking of it,s Owen. They share or rent some space in the complex .You need to get down at that parking and some one from ck International hotel will come and pick your luggage and make you to the hotel .It is located on 4 th floor and no steps.All looked very stange to us it did,t gave a holiday stay for a family.

Food is ok .On Christmas Eve they gave good dinner apart from this nothing is good.

It was a pleasant stay here. Staff were very cooperative and food was very nice. Location was fantastic. Love to visit again.

The room's condition is the best.
Service is also good.
The location is good above the bus stand.
But there is no sign board or direction of the hotel in the bus stand so you have to search it 4th floor by the lift.

I came to Shimla for travelling purpose and stayed in hotel CK. I have received the great hospitality from all the staffs including front desk, room service and dining staffs. This hotel is best suited for family visit. The hotel food is delicious and room views/ambience is superb.
