Food was very good both in dinner and in breakfast.
View from room was very good.
Very near to Mall road.
Staff was polite.

Scope for improving
1. Room service can be more quick.
2. Room space was good, furniture looks like a bit old.

Beautiful property at an excellent location. We took a family suit. Rooms are mountain-facing. All through the day, it is a feast for the eyes. Different shades of beauty at different times. Mall Road is at a distance of 15 minutes with some upward climbing. If one wants to avoid it, he can opt for a ride to the Lift which takes one directly to Mall Road and the Ridge. Staff members are always helpful and cheerful. No word is enough for the Reception personnel. Always ready to cooperate with a smile. The Breakfast is good but lacks variety. No cold cut which is not expected from a hotel of this standard! Menu card also lacks variety, but these are not major issues. The dining room also offers an excellent view of the mountain. An illuminated view of the city at night, either from the room or dining place, is a great pleasure to the eyes. Definitely come back to this place on our next visit.

Right on a busy road, next to Bus stand and close to Mall lift.

Excellent interior and facilities. Very comfortable.
Good view to valley. Impressive interior.

Breakfast.

Excellent buffet breakfast. Wider varieties of food available. Prompt delivery. Live counter is excellent.
Staff are polite and highly professional.

Overall.

An excellent place for family.

Swimming pool photos on google are not correct. There is no swimming pool in hotel.

Location is very close to mall road. Rooms are clean and good. Staff is professional. Restaurant is elegant. Parking is also available.

Very good hotel to stay. Rooms were spacious n well maintained with polite n helpful hotel staff n good food options. Location is about 1.2kms from lift n if one can walk about 600m uphill he will reach other end of mall. Negatives are there is no terrace or swimming pool as shown in pictures and many facilities like kids play room etc was not operational. Rest everything is ok

The place shows of swimming pool in photos but they mentioned it's not there photo. Very decent property only 10-15 mins uphill walk to the mall
