The condition of the hotel is pathetic. We booked this hotel in advance after viewing the photos of the property on oyo. After arriving here a little late at night. When ee started to search the hotel it was nowhere to be found. There are three different location of the same hotel given on google map. After calling the manager multiple times and entering some shady streets at night we finally found it.
The hotel looked under construction from outside. But it was late night so we had no other choice but to stay here. When we entered the room after checking in, the condition of the room was extremely bad. There was a very bad smell in the room, There was no wardrobe. The bed looked extremely unclean. And the worst part of all was that, there was no water in the toilet the toilet was extremely dirty. Even after calling the manager for multiple times amd requesting to start the water supply he didn't do so but asked us to move from one room to another. Again in the morning when there was no water to get ready. We again called him and he said to move to another room. Not even a single toilet or drinking water was supplied
The service by OYO was also pathetic, they didnt help me at all and abandoned me without any hotel for the next day. I would never ever think of staying in this hotel even if I was offered money to do so.
PLEASE DO NO STAY HERE.

Well the rooms are good in size but they are not clean. The beadsheets are dirty and the floor too. You can't stay here in winters the hotel do not provide any kind of heating system and the rooms are very cold. Washroom are ok but can't say they were clean. Hotel does not have a proper staff. It is near the mall road this is the only good thing about this hotel.
