Nice stay, I had to take my flight early morning and this hotel is best to stay near gaggal airport which only 2km away. Also the price was cheapest and food are average. Hotel staff was helpful they left me early morning on the airport.

Zero stars . Booked for 2 triple rooms , only one room was delivered but at the price for 2. Reception demanded money up front .. beware this guy is a snake ! Air conditioning not working , Hot water not working in my room Big wet patch stain on the other bed We had to argue and get police involved to get only half our money back on what we were double charged in the first instance . Avoid this place at all costs .. better places just down the road next to river

Beware - they do not accept OYO reservations
The guy at the desk asked me what I’m there for. Really??? Why would someone show up at a hotel check in desk with bags?. Please employ educated people at front desk. I said I had confirmed OYO reservation. He looked at me as if I’m from another planet and then just shook his head and went back to doing what he was doing. Somewhat puzzled I asked what does shaking your head mean.
He said - they don’t have a tie up with OYO, I protested showing him the confirmation email. He said talk to the manager who was standing behind me all this time listening to me.
So the manager says the same thing. They’ve terminated the contract with OYO but somehow OYO still has them in their booking list. I started smelling a scam. So I said - ok forget OYO - just book a room for me as a walk in customer. The rate now doubled from the OYO reservation.
So they reel in customers with OYO lore rates and then not honor that booking charging double rates.
Anyway after all this I walked out and my next call will be to OYO and hopefully the owner of this hotel will read this review and fire the manager and his sidekick from another planet 😡😡😡

This hotel is not in tie up with Oyo...so don't book this hotel online or at least don't pay online in advance.I don't understand how many people already complaint about this but still oyo,goibibo are not removing this hotel from there interface even hotel had withdrawal tie up months before.

Would give 0 stars if option was available. Staff isn't helpful. Arrogant staff. Not even someone to carry luggage. I suggest all not to come to this hotel. Instead go for Dauladhar.
