Big Nooooo... Don't book ur stay with this hotel. Criminal behavior of lady receptionist and male staff of hotel. Very Bad hotel. Very filthy rooms. Teared mattress, torned bedsheet, dirty quilts. No water heating facilities. It's -6℃ in Manali and no hot water, no heater facility in rooms. Lady receptionist's behavior is very bad. Above all these pathetic situations of rooms they charge extra for everything. In the name of beautiful view we were given a room having balcony view of a construction site. Moreover after inspecting room within 10 minutes when we decided not to stay there they said you will be charged to pay for a night. They forced us to pay that money illegally. We are highly disappointed and suggest that no one should book their stay at this hotel ridge view. We got traumatised by their behaviour. Save yourself, your mental peace and your money from this type of looting. Huge disappointment and criminal behavior of Hotel Ridge view staff.

Decent hotel for stay, food is not good. If you are booking through package then make sure to clarify your food preference beforehand as they charge extra for non veg food

This is the best place to stay in Manali, in terms of the hospitality. The staff is the most welcoming I’ve seen anywhere. It doesn’t stop at this - the rooms and the restaurant are as great as the other things. Totally recommended!

Very bad behaviour of staff special manager,he doesn't have any knowledge of the way he talk to me, I'm asking for heater and he say that,we don't have any heater,and saying that hotel is pack,and there is only one floor pack, next time I don't come to your hotel very bad behaviour of staff, manager and one old man,abuse me also,also he drink on 5:00pm

This hotel is a total scam dont book this atall it will ruin your journey and experience. They dont pay light bill, electricity is a big problem. Worst food served. Manager's behavior is pathetic. I gave my room keys for cleaning and they forgot to lock the door after cleaning was done, Doors were open..very irresponsible behavior. Service is worst they dont even provide warm water. Curtains are very thin they dont observe coldness, rooms are at freezing temperature and heaters provided by them are very old which doesn't help to keep the rooms warm. Dont fall under this scam, pay 500 else where atleast your journey will be good.
