Lords Grey Deluxe(Walking Distance to Mall,Opposite Paid Parking)

Room, bed, sheets, pillows and covers, blanket and covers were very untidy, and no proper ventilation was for washroom. No proper service at reception. Only good thing about the hotel was its location and food (to some extent).

Worst hotel ever in Shimla . Rooms are full of dust particles. All blankets and pillows are untidy . If you want to ruin your vacation then do book this hotel . Especially the owner Mr.Sood is very aggressive in terms of communication. Please never book this hotel or waste your money .
