Royal Park Resorts and Spa, Manali (A River side Resort)

I upgraded from a standard double to a luxury room with a bath and a view of the mountains,

I wish I hadn't bothered, the mattress on the bed had completely collapsed giving no support or comfort whatsoever and offering a bath is completely pointless as there is only enough hot water to fill it about 3 inches deep!!!

The location is about a 50 min walk to Manali or a very cheap taxi.

Few day back I stay with that hotel. Excellent location, Nice food. But I requested to change my room which was deny by hotel staff. And one more thing you should give room and other facilities to drivers also they sleeping in the car in extreme cold weather which is not good, no hot water, no room, no food quality for them. Please focused on that.

It a very vad experince in my life. I book a hotel through make my trip and when the brother ask for room the manager name is Deepak. He says we give this room less then make my trip. I book an full package in 47,169 and they says we give in just 36,000. Is this type of work is doing make my trip and the hotel owner.

While booking only I had selected option for early checking if room is available still they have charged me 1300 for early checking with breakfast. Room main lock was in not good condition. we get only 1 bucket of warm water at a time and hv to wait for warm water. food is not so good. limited options for breakfast and dinner.Room view is good only when snowfall is there other wise it's not good. room service is good and room service staff is good. reception staff is rude. hotel is far away from mall road.

The hotel was super awesome (especially the view is amazing). The food was great. Also rooms are centrally heated and it works only night .only one drawback was that the travel to is too expensive from mall road because old manali, mall road every tourist place is far away from the hotel.

Amazing view from the rooms. Not that costly. They have good service and good food.
The amenities are a little less though. They have a pool table, a gym and a TT table but not with all equipments. A spa room, which is closed right now and bon fire arrangements which cost a lot.

It was a pleasant stay at Royal Park in Manali. The rooms were spacious and nice. Restaurant has a decent spread in breakfast and dinner.
