The Legacy Shimla

It was a Great experience to be here, with an amazing view from the hotel. Mr. Pankaj made sure our stay was worth and comfortable. Room service was very good and breakfast was delicious.

What do we look forward when we book a room. The location,the ambience ,the service and worth the price.The Legacy fits in every aspect of hospitality. Set up in the perfect location you can catch the birds eye view of Shimla from the open lounge of the hotel. Situated in the midst of The Mall( almost) it's very close to all highly recommended tourist place of Shimla town. The rooms are perfectly made up, the beds linen and bathrooms are upto the mark with 24 hrs hot running water. The tourism lift connects you almost directly to the hotels personal lift so not much hassle reaching the hotel( but if you are checking out early ,the tourism lift only starts after 8 so do take a note of that) The food is great.There is a lovely pyramid lounge next to hotel to chill out in evening.YES THE BREAKFAST WAS NOT UPTO THE MARK THATS THE ONLY MINUS POINT. But overall we were fully satisfied with our stay and recommend it without any doubts.

When I entered the hotel, I must add that I had an unsavoury experience, but I continued to stay due to its exceptional location.

Over the next few days, the team went out of its way to make me feel comfortable and ensured that my stay was hassle-free.

The hotel courtyard has a great view, and they are in the process of building a lift of their own.

I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Shimla, because it’s bang opposite the Tourism Lift, and is easier on the pocket than the other established hotels, and yet since the place is newly renovated, it is cozy and clean.

Absolutely the best hotel to stay in Shimla. Great Food, amazing and super friendly staff, helpful too, Stunning view of Mall Road and Ridge. Located just at the exit of the lift, it is situated at “The” prime location in the city and very well connected with Ridge, Mall Road, Jhakoo Ropeway. Please take my advice, and plan your next stay @Shimla in Legacy! ❤️

Great location. Highly co-operative staff. Special thanks to Mr Vijay (manager) for being always available and complying to our special requests. He Treats each guest as special. Thanks to Mr. Akshit (reservation deptt) for being prompt, co-operative and giving us great deal on booking. Amazing place to stay, clean and cozy rooms, delicious food with good portion size. I will definitely choose to stay in the legacy whenever I visit simla next.

It’s the best hotel that you could ever find on mall road

The location Hospitality Food quality Rooms are outstanding. It is situated at the centre place of Mall Road near lift.
They have fantastic living spaces for chilling.
Everything is good except Smoking room. All room are non smoking rooms, but they have smoking area. There is no restriction in out side food and alcohol.
No restriction on alcohol consumption.

The hotel was a great stay, it was clean and service was great. Breakfast was included which had parontha, boiled egg, noodles, chai and coffee, and other small snacks. There was a nice top viewpoint of Shimla from the reception desk. The customer service was helpful and great.
