Summit Le Royal Hotel, Shimla

When I was looking for a room to stay in Shimla, my wife suggested me Summit Le Royal hotel.

I preffered to stay in a premium room so that I could enjoy my stay in Shimla.

I was getting rooms at very cheaper rates but I chose to stay in Summit Le Royale.

But I was very disappointed with the quality of the room as compared to the price I paid.

The rooms curtains were dirty, there was dust all around the windows and bed..which was mentioned to the room boy. Also the bathroom was in bad condition.

I think they should not fool the people by showing the old pic of the rooms as we spent our hard earned money for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is close to mall road, but a steep climb away. So it will be difficult.
Access to the hotel by car is also difficult, the road is narrow.
But the rooms are very good, spacious, clean, with a very good view.
Staff are helpful.
Restaurant food is delicious.

Rooms are okay, not so good for amount paid, tv was not working. If you have your own vehicle or taxi, it will be difficult to reach hotel.
Good part is : staff behavior, hotel location by walk and food.

We had taken there premium room and the view was awesome.

Food quality was superb as and was very meeting my expectations.

You just need to climb a bit more from Mall raod not suggested for old age.

Car parking available but need special driver to take you to hotel parking as roads are very narrow.

This place is near to Mall Road . The amenities provided is top notch and have a beautiful view from the hotel room. The room service and food was excellent

It was the perfect size and space for what I needed. Very clean and comfortable. I originally booked a single, but was upgraded to a double. I think it would have definitely on the small side if I were sharing that space it another person, though. The hotel staff was very kind and accommodating.

The ambience of the hotel is excellent and staff os very polite and good in behaviour. Quality of food is awesome so yummy and tasty. I also recommend summit le royale to my friends for stay in Shimla

Receptionist says one day one price of vehicle another day another price but atleast charged me higher price but less than others. But vehicle alto was not good no heater working in chilling December so alaround not that ood experience.
