It was absolutely great experience - TOP NOTCH CLEANLINESS, good food, polite staffs and smooth check-in-out. Good valley and hill views. Price point per service is really pocket friendly. If you are finicky about cleanliness, you can bet on this hotel eyes closed.

First of all the stay was excellent! The location and the ambience were amazing. rooms were also up to mark. The food also was great and the staff was very helpful. The amenities were also very good. the only problem was the location Had a hard time to reach and also it's somewhat difficult to reach.but once you reach the. There is no doubt that it's the best place to stay!! Receptionist Mr Shandil also helped us!!

Hotel staff is really good. Location is good if you wish to stay away from Simla city traffic. Nice view from room. Food quality is good but food choices are limited. I never understood why charge for room heater when room needs to be warm enough in winter.

Best hotel for stay in shimla. The staff members were really good. We were welcomed with a welcome drink. The ambience is very good. We got a very nice view of shimla from the window and there is a amphitheatre were we can sit and enjoy the evening.
You need to be a very good driver to drive to this place. There is a narrow way with lot of up and down slopes.
The receptionist was very good, she was guiding us to reach the place like Google map and we reached at exact place.
Do stay once here.

Rooms were clean and greaser was working really well. The food and service was really good. Staff was supportive and friendly too. I haven't experienced such good service in any indian hotel where if you check out earlier they will pack your breakfast. Will recommend to everyone if you come to shimla stay here and experience on your own. Hill view was cherry on top.

This property is one of the best places in shimla with a breathtaking view of the valley, the city, the sunset and the jungle. The evenings can be spent well on the rooftop restaurant which even has projector where movies/music/matches are played.
The hygiene part of the hotel is well taken care of Mr. Prashant (owner) directly looks after the upkeep of the property, which is very important these days.
The food served is fresh and tastes great plus the staff is highly trained and courteous.
Backup facilities for power etc were present at the property, all floors have a lift access. Shimla in the winters is cold but we did not feel the same in the hotel, we had direct sunlight entering our rooms. Also, the 24 hour running hot water was blessing, it made our stay!
I would happily suggest this property for a stay !

Great place and great people. Loved the service, room and food and location.
The only constraint is no parking but hotel provides pick up and drop service from nearby locations.
Room size is decent and views outside are awesome.
Overall summary: Good and decent place for family except you are not travelling by your own vehicle.

The hotel is very good, staff is very approachable and helpful. On our day 2 of checkout we were to leave early morning when the hotel manager insisted the previous night that they will prepare vegetable sandwich and give us as parcel without even asking. A very much appreciated gesture. Strongly recommend this when palce when you are in Shimla
