Resort has peculiar smell and service is absolutely non acceptable compared with prices charged by them
we booked 3 rooms and after reaching we were communicated that our rooms are allotted to some one else
With pre booked Lunch, they were not ready for lunch and that too with only Tawa Roti as Chef was on leave
no snacks arrangement
they claim facilities like pool, SPA,
message etc but nothing is operational

Waste of money...they are booked through dealers who carry no responsibility post sale

Mr Udey and Mr Mr Sharma was very kind to take feedback and assured improvement...I would only say best of Luck

Rooms are good for them who only want to go and sleep nothing else as no activities to pass time, even no garden to sit

Very high charging as compared to facilitates

I would recommend to evaluate before plan and pray God to help resort people to improve

Good hotel with poor service

Completely enjoyed the stay here. Customer friendly. Great food and comfortable rooms. Buffet with live music is fun not to be missed.

It's a good experience .staff was very cooperative in resort . multi cuisine restaurant food was superb.

One of the nicest cottage to stay in kufri, enjoyed the stay, felt like renting a home and not a hotel. The kitchen facility makes it more interesting
