Hotel BR INN

Property is good, Neat and clean but hotel staff has form there own working policies which are very cheap and not suitable for hospitality industry.

Hotel staff has no intention to provide services to there customers, they are busy in doing business only. They never hesitate to ask money whether customer is asking for water bottle or tea.

Hotel ACs are barely working as all the ACs are very old (Nepolian) + toilet flush was not working so guest need to put bucket every time like dharamshala.

Plus if you order food from outside then also they don't even provide the food to customers room very rude and cheap policies.

My experience is the very best but okay to sleep

The control of AC was at reception. They had set the temp at 28°. Then the ac was turned of near 3.40_4 AM and turned on at 8.30. It was electricity fault or by hotel management don't know. In the name of included breakfast, they only serve 2parantha or 1 omlet with a cup of coffee or tea.
(Editing it, adding more things after the reply by hotel). Received calls to change the review so many times. Can attach the screenshots if hotel owner wants. Further ₹50 off if you rste the hotel five star.

only one plug available to charge mobile, laptop etc. you cannot charge more gadgets to at a time.

fan regulator not working properly.

Don't ever try to live in this hotel.. No dental kit no shaving kit... No water bottle.. No mosquito coil in the room (even after asking, they could not provide)... Full of mosquitoes..

Hotel is good but staff misguide on the time of booking. Really disappointed

Basis food quality and staff behaviour would love to say it was a good stay otherwise management should work on other things like room presentation and their cleaning and also try to keep rooms more alive.
