1 Star only to cleanness of the room

The hotel is a rip-off, in my opinion. No basic complimentary items: no toothbrush, no cup no anything was provided. For the price of ₹2,500 ($37.00) per night for a double-bed room, we had to pay extra for a bottle of water. Yep! I'm not kidding! To be fair, for this amount of money paid to a non-star hotel in countryside, we expected their services to be better than what they are offering at the moment AND better than what we are paying for.

Also, the reception is VERY irritating and annoying. I understood that it is a protocol for hotel reception to collect guests' information before letting us in. But as we made walk-in reservation at 12:20am (it was late and of course we were very sleepy) the reception failed to satisfy our request 3 times for a quicker check-in. He worked like a sloth. What is worse, we were asked to pay upfront in full after we told him that we'd stay only for one night. This shows no trust in customers.

I hope my review sheds some lights for the hotel management to make improvement on their services.

World-class incompetency and lack of integrity. This hotel could be nice, but refuses to try. They say they will call you right back, then don't. They say they will come to your room in 5 minutes, and never come. Over and over. It is endless the ways they can mismanage what should be an ok hotel. I paid a deposit, got no receipt, then forgot that I had paid it. When I paid the bill they didn't mention it. I had a package delivered by Amazon, signed for by the hotel, then they claim it never came, but they "would call Amazon," which of course they did not do. The shower is the worst I've ever seen, and on the 4th floor there is not enough pressure to fill a bucket The toilet seat is broken. If you don't need a shower or honest staff, it's a decent place. I would look elsewhere.

Update: The staff, eventually acknowledged and apologize for their behavior. They are atleast honest and courteous. They also provided complimentary services on my next visit.
I would give them 5 star for the location and convenience. Cleanliness is great. I stayed for few day in there with my family and had decent time.

3rd class property near medanta in my opinion don't stay here only restraunt is gud.

AC wasn't working. Complaint to staff but they didn't took any action. Staff is rude, arrogant and don't have any etiquettes to talk to customer.
Initially said that they will provide bill but later denied it.

Missed our flight due to misconduct of staff during our stayed, they forced us to pay cash during our check out. People are nice there but when it comes to money we felt cheated.
Would never recommend this property

Rooms were quite big enough, they maintained the hygiene and they even provide a small kitchen of somebody wants to use it

Overpriced. Lots of foreigners ruining the hotel .
