The premises and the venue for the wedding is great and a perfect fit for all type of functions.
MR ROHIT RANA and his whole team are dedicated to their work and made our event successful. They are the best service providers in the Panchkula Property. Kudos to them.
The restaurant manager AJAY and the the restaurant staff GURVINDER are great and manages everything very well and are very good in their respective work.
Everyone is soft spoken and well trained.

Terrible customer service of the hotel and hotel rooms are not worth the money they have been charging . 550 rs for 2 cups of tea and that too with terrible taste and poor quality . Dining people and reception desk don’t pick up the call easily so you have to keep dialling . They charge like 5 star property but the room quality is Equal to a 1500 buck worth Oyo room . Not at all recommended

The food was really tasty and the service impeccable... I would highly recommend this place for anyone who does not want to compromise on enjoyment...

PS i had snacks and drinks in their restaurant with my family, so i may not know much about their rooms (looked very nice from the outside though!)

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel with my family. Every staff that we met from the time of check in until check out were very courteous and hospitable.
Special kudos to Housekeeping staff
( Vishal and Ashish)who took care of the smallest details in the room and also surprised my little one with towel arts and chocolates.
I would love to be back to this hotel.

The property location is perfect. We took their jacuzzi suite and it was awful. The washroom had a very bad smell, the exhaust was not working, the jettle in the room was not working, every time we were filling water in the jacuzzi it felt like gutter water, the door bell was not functioning. Service yo the room was slow. Please don't go to this room for sure they are not cleaning the jacuzzi properly. Very small tv placed in a big room, that room really needs a big tv.
The breakfast served had good options and we loved it, the size of room is good.
Overall if they take care of this property then I would say it's an awesome place but sadly the management is not so aware about this property. 😕

Especially the House Keeping, they were the marvelous one there, I found them very honest and dedicated. I praise their House keeping management and values they hold. I found an instance to meet the Staff such as Vishal ji, Shalini Ji and others. Overall Wonderful experience, and worth the value.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel and I must say that the service was absolutely excellent. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, and it was clear that the staff were dedicated to making my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Overall, a good experience and a comfortable stay. Though, with initial slipup in certain issues, the management and the staff was positive and quick to respond, which shows that the customer and his views are valued, which forms the very basis of hospitality. Good ambience of hotel and nice food. One can enjoy the serenity of mountain views while being in the centre of the city. Recommended for all kind of visits.
