Hotel Deventure

Stayed here for 2 days in delux room, electricity fluctuations are a major issue.
Friendly Staff especially Mr Deepak who is available at the restaurant.
Security staff good helpful.
Two beds were joined to make a double bed whereas we needed a single bed... this was a major drawback of the room.
Rest liked the overall stay.
Food is good but pricey same goes for drinks. You'll find 5 Star rates, maybe because of the location and location is actually good... we find it very convenient... still they can go a bit easy on the pricing.

Worst insensitive staff who doesn’t act on customers complaints. Extreme loud music goes on till late night and there is no addressable to it. Such an unprofessional hotel and its practices. Why the heck customers are paying money for? Relaxation and mental peace or listening to someone loud party music at late night? Pathetic experience!

Room is alright. Wifi is available but couldn't use. Hot water flows good. Staffs are somewhat friendly but little passive. Plug-ins are unstable and creat noise so I had to unplug. Serving indian breakfast bur not so much of variety.

We booked rooms at this place for our extensors family for my brother’s wedding. Beautiful and spacious rooms. Breakfast was delicious as well.
The restrooms on second floor are really high for most people except giants. Lol.

Absolutely pathetic behaviour of reception boy. First i asked for suit room he said it’s available then i asked him to upgrade my room as i am eligible for free upgrade as per my booking
Later he said we will not upgrade you we are sold out.
Infect i told him that i am a director of a travel company even after he said dont teach me about upgradation this is how they treat with the customers. I cant recommend this “HO’S’TEL” anymore
I suggest you to put a donation box also if u want some more money in case of room upgrade which was free provided by you.
Infect the room furniture was also damaged the work table ot 314 can brake any time they are just waiting to blame someone for that to charge. Till then they wont repair it

The place is situated on the national highway and is very accessible and has a huge parking lot.

I have been there a couple of times for events and found the service and food to be very good.

So pathetic people that they deleted my review just to save faces in front of audience. But I will keep posting till the time to stop deleting my review. The most pathetic experience of birthday party of my kid and most rude staff you can anywhere. They are just here take complete payment as advance and not provide service at all and says "This is how it is done here." We are here to just take money and provide you stale and tasteless food and ruin your experience. Guest would be just waiting for services and waiter would be absent. Main course was cherry on the top, zero option and completely taste less food and on top of that no one would listen to you to provide you service. You are in a service giving business and people trust your name which I dont think would be there for long. There are other hotels in Karnal please go for it and dont go for Deventure even if it the last option.

Rooms are average, few lights not working, bathroom was not designed perfectly, commode seat height was too high.
