Don’t know what is the yardstick behind putting this hotel in 2 star category. Trust me this hotel deserves better ranking guven the fact we have been staying in 2/3/4/5 since last 2 years. The hotel staff is too cordial. We had a little celebration and they arranged everything on their own. I had forgotten my uniform and they sent it back through courier. All the best

I am actully giving it a 2 ⭐ because the hotel services were amazing the rooms as well as the staff but the catering services and the staff of gupta caterers was dissappointing the service was not good but in all the hotel was good i am only giving it a two star because of the catering services as we recieved a lot of complaints about the service quality and we also noticed it ourselves that organising any event here is a bad decision 🙁

Hotel situated near to rly station. Receiption and staff are good. The restaurant attached to the hotel run by the caterer is very, very bad.
