Hotel Kimaya

The stay was overall very decent, the rooms were clean, and bathroom was also nice , the only thing i disliked was the lack of kettle and fridge in the rooms and i believe it was bit overpriced.

Very poor maintenance,
no Wifi balance finish
No Tv as recharge finish
No hot water (on request served on buckets)
AC Sound like Bull dozer
Fan only single high speed (regulater Not working)
But staff service was good.
Even i spoken to manager and owner a fat man, still no response on issues. Arrogance behaviour by owner. He treat guest as begger.
Out side look is good, but inside woredt. Completely nasty smell.

Service is not good and room is very good 👍 no parking place

This is one of the best hotels i have ever visited. Excellent food, living environment with outstanding service.

Pathetic hotel with ultra pathetic rooms.
Soiled bedsheets, rusted fixtures in washroom, suffocated room with no ventilation, dirty walls, TV with no recharge of set top box and last but not the least MMR- Man Marjee rate.
They charge Rs.10 extra for water bottle
No parking available for in-house guest.

Its location is on highway and there is no parking vehicles are to be parked on highway which is main drawback.
