Holiday Inn Gurugram Sector 90, an IHG Hotel

This is the best 5 star hotel I stayed in. The rooms are spacious and connected with other room through a door that is inside the room. This hotel has the best service. Location is Little interior for 1st time travelers, but if you visit this hotel once. I bet you won't try any other. The staff is very helpful, and they really take good care of Guests. Infact, I lost some expensive thing and the whole hotel staff was there to help you including the Manager and General Manager. Awesome service. Very clean and neat rooms. Highest standards of Hygiene maintained. This hotel has a swimming pool on terrace with a lifeguard present at all the time. And near the terrace is the dining area. The hotel do have buffet service at extra cost.

The rooms here are exceptional. We stayed in the suite, consisting of a living room, bedroom, and two bathrooms. The staff was very kind to adjust according to our situation and sakshi and her colleagues took good care of us. The breakfast spread was a part of a package and the food had a lot of varieties. The most crucial factor or selling point as we call it was its distance from the airport. The service received was exceptionally on point and very quick. It was worth all the money spent. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for and reasonable and luxurious stay.

One of the best stays of my life. I will definitely visit this place again 100% satisfied with the food taste and quality. The rooms are so clean, 4 stars for location but worth a visit. When I asked them to clean my room in the evening they asked me 'we can give you access to a new room if you are comfortable' i said yes and they gave me new room keys 😍. The whole experience was amazing. I personally recommend this place to people who live in delhi. Thank me later guys ❤️

I had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn, Sector 90, Gurugram. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful.

Property is surrounded by a Commercial complex, so you can have some shopping and fun time while your stay. Room was clean and well designed to feel one comfy. Ambiance at dinning area is great, One will surely enjoy the food. Hotel has all amenities one may expect including swimming pool at terrace. I strongly recommend this hotel for visitors coming in this area.

This hotel property is one of my best in this zone. I always hd wonderful time during my stays here.

I personally noticed the behaviour of the staff is phenomenal.

This is best in class for Food, amenities, staff support and need to improve in room cleanliness as i encountered few times and should have better gym and also should have Steam bath/sauna bath.

Being a Diamond Elite, i do miss lounge access.

It was nice staying in hotel. Best pert of hotel which i like are room service, reception counter, food(breakfast and dinner).
Employees are very good and nice behaviour, they have answered all my queries whether it's regarding hotel, site seeing or shopping.

If I get chance I want to visit again.

The hotel is good for those using the Western Peripheral highway and want to have a stopover. It's located within a mall.

The hotel loses on the star rating because of the room size. The basic room size is just enough for 2 guests. The tarrif being charged is that of Holiday Inn express and got the main Holiday Inn chain.

The room didn't even have cupboards and only hangers were provided for clothes at the entrance of the room.

The safe was also kept in the open.

The bathroom was too small.

However, when it comes to cleanliness and service it sticks to the Holiday Inn standards.

Breakfast deserves a 5 star rating with a huge spread of items sure enough to satisfy the taste buds of the guests.

Overall a comfortable stay. However the room tariff is quite high compared to the room size and one may find better options at the same price.

the stay was nice and pleasant. the ambience and cleanliness is up to the mark. facilities offered were pleasing. there is a market place below the hotel so one can have an outing whenever they wish. easy access to everything is there. a perfect place for a staycation with your loved ones.
