Hotel J.K. Residency

Attended a birthday party...great ambiance, decoration and most importantly food...starters were excellent, and main course and sweet dish especially kheer was superb 👌

Good hotel but need improvement/ revamp

Nearby Rampura Market Area, A big area where you will find all eateries, temples etc. But the hotel still lacks maintenance at some things which I observed during my visit.

3rd class hotel , food quality not only poor but very over expencive. we had only 6 people who drink ( 2-3 peg each ) n diner there , bill of 6 people 16,000 rs. i was very shoked to saw this bill . i do't recomand anyone for jk residency. they are big lootery.

we had been there on 15 th and 16th feb . our experience with the hotel is BAD in terms of their commitments , rigidity of staff , quality of service and backing out on their proposals .
Hotel staff has mean mentality , and knows how to earn money by adding additional charges / higher charges and having its own unacceptable market practices .
The gyser in the room could not be repaired during our stay .
Quantity of food in buffet system is replenished with delays and most of people coming to counter either wait or leave .
If you stay for two days they don't have system of changing even towels and toiletries in the room . They provide complimentary water only at the time of checkin even if you stay for more than 1 day

1. Staff was rude and unprofessional; went back on commercials agreement post function
2. Lift is in a state that it can drop off at any time
3. No hot water in the bathroom, non functional geyser
4. Food quality was bad
5. Sleeping manager at night time
6. No trolley for luggage;

Worst experience in the hotel.
Worst Service by staff and hotel management.

Shower system need to be improve
While taking hot shower suddenly cold water started in winter season
