Mavens House - Hotel at Sector 52 Gurgaon,

Going by reviews, I made booking at this property for 11 days. On the first day of booking I kept trying to call the number in google, but nobody picked up. After many unpicked calls, I somehow found an alternate number from their website, and I was informed that this property is closed. Eventually, they allocated me room at a different property but nobody bothered to inform me till 4pm in evening untill I somehow managed to contact them. More surprisingly, they were taking bookings till the day of my arrival at alternate hotel.. Something very fishy here. Absolutely disgusted. Huge inconvenience

Stay was fantastic always i am always love to go over there but the only pathetic situations is that front office staff is totally unprofessional, specially a one guy he pretend as like a hotel owner or director his behavior, attitude are very poor, he always make us uncomfortable, but we loved to go just because of room service, cleaning, and others staff behavior, Front office staff that guy always in blue shirt he is not up to the mark in attitude always rude, He want to keep the guest on his shoe behave like that.... Need to improve and he required the proper training to handle and behave with guest.. We went up regularly to this hotel but we found same thing his behavior not good at all. rest hotel staff is an excellent, services good, food is also good

Fantastic stay. Hotel services are really very good. very nice and caring staff. Neat and tidy room with excellent air conditioning. Only one thing to be improved is the quality of mattress. They are good but very light and much too soft.
In such a little value you get the best of amenities.

Its not a hotel, more like a Resthouse. They don't provide any amenities apart from basic toiletries. The rooms are also not very clean. The matress was not good. On a double bed two split mattress was layed which was uncomfortable if 3 people are sharing. Wouldn't suggest at the price rooms are offered.

Budget hotel with average food and amenities. Bathroom seemed a bit outdated and the clealiness is questionable. Good for a day stay and budget travellers (students, singles, entry-level professionals). If you are particular about toilet cleanliness, check once before you check in.

Good place, located nearby the market. Staff members are customer friendly and exercise great hospitality.
Breakfast varieties are good too. Cleaned rooms as per requirements. Staffs wear ma and follow safety protocols. There is a kitchen available to get north Indian food. Restaurant space is not open, food delivered for in-room consumption.
WiFi speed is good, enables work from home well. Small screen smart TV is available, giving an option to watch programs over OTT streaming.

I stayed in Mavens house for 3 days and I had a hard time to live there.
I must says your reception people is mannerless and rude .
The butler of your hotel is rude and shameless.
If I got a chance to complaint somewhere to the higher authority then I would have done it.
I have been given complimentary sandwich which they charge in the bill despite of me telling your hotel staff about my medical issue they have given me room in 2nd floor with the promise that they will change next day and put me in down floors but they didn't do any that sort of ...
I feel cheated n humiliated..

Best place to Stay ....Their hospitality is amazing i.e their food, their service and their room service and the best supporting staff ....i stayed their two times ...i want to stay many more times ...Two things where they lags are 1. They having single single mattresses for double bed which makes the gap between the beds, so kindly arrange a double bed mattress.
2. They having the curtains which is not completely able to stop the sun rays from outside that is why i woke up early in the morning evryday i stayed their .. so plz change the curtains which can able to stops sun rays from outside ...
Else the hotel is perfect for staying for couples and family
