my issue isn't solved. i check out within an hour. washroom's door handle was broken. room was changed. then another room bedsheet was burnt and it was way too small than the previous one. asked the staff for the key he bluntly denied which was not a way to greet the host. this is not the type of service we expect from oyo

we had fully prepaid booking of 4 rooms but the hotel was asking for more money at the time of check in, Oyo customer was not picking calls and there is no chance of refund. Also all the 4 rooms were not free at our checkin time. Worst experience with Oyo

This is a pretty good hotel if you are under budget. Basic amenities provided ,i.e. bed, mattress, sheets and pillow along with TV, table and chair, almirah, side table. Bathroom is quite nice with proper fittings and mirror. There's water supply 24*7 and if there's power cut, there are generator or invertor available.
Mineral water also provided and towel along with toiletries. Oh! My favourite! There's a big round mirror in the room. I loved it! ☺️

P.S. if you face any issues regarding your stay, the staff will properly assist you.

Edit: I totally forgot to mention that the hotel's name is different in the actual location, it's 'The Destiny Inn'.

Horrible behaviour!!!

We booked our stay via booking.com and still they refused to take our checkin! The reception guy was literally harassing us saying 'its not their concern from where we have booked, we need to obey the post checkin payment method'

What the hell..

Turned our journey into nightmare, we immediately turned down the bookings and went to some other place

Worst Hotel. There was no water in the tanks and all the taps in the washroom were broken. Don't even think of booking this hotel.

Worst hotel , if you booked the hotel from oyo app and pay on app only they will not accept the booking and deny the check in.
You will asked to pay at hotel on higher price if you want to check in.dont book this oyo these people are fraudsters.
Rooms were also very dirty and organised some switches are working some are not staff behaviour was rude.
And they also dont give the keys they only open room and says we will not give key.

Hotel asks not to pay the amount on OYO application/website, then the front office guy takes a early check-in charge and didn't provide any invoice for the same.

I am a frequent traveler to budget hotels, and right now Mr. Saddam is hosting the property, and his behaviour is very cool, i travel here atleast 1 time in a month, and there service are very fast and superb. Good Property, will travel in future also.
