Lemon Tree Hotel, Udyog Vihar, Gurugram

I stayed here for work. I was provided a room that met all my requirements. The staff was very courteous and positive.

Food is tasty, they have a dedicated restaurant.

The stay was not short (depending on who you ask), I stayed for 10 days. They kept me comfortable. They offer laundry and room service.

Overall, five stars.

Waste of money, breakfast was buffet with limited options and dinner was Ala carte, that guy will come and read menu and bring food of his own choice. Simply wasted 5 days here. Better to opt next hotel.

I had a poor experience at this hotel. The Internet did not work and the front office was not bothered to set it right. After three calls, a coupon was provided. Please remember that the Gym is non functional. The breakfast spread is small and below average in quality. Two stars are provided due to reasonable room arrangements and breakfast support staff.

Horrible is the word to define my experience at this pathetic place where unfortunately I booked a room for my business trip. Despite pre booking a premium twin bed room, I got a very shabby claustrophobic single bed room with terrible smell and dirty linen. I checked in at around midnight and had important meetings the next day. Despite calling reception no body picked up. I had to go downstairs to complain and then the reception boy told me that this is what is available and they can't do anything about it. I raised this with the agency helpdesk and formally complained over email and then 30 mins later miraculously a twin bed room got available. So I shifted at 1:30 AM to my room after a good effort of 90 mins on something that shouldn't have been an issue at all. The room was for 10k and believe me it is not worth even a 3k. Next day I checked out in the morning and moved to Radisson Blu Mahipalpur that was an upgrade all elements a hotel can offer.

My 2 cents - Book any hotel if you have to but not this.

Rooms were very cold and had to get a heater. Breakfast spread decent. Location is good in that it's close to airport and ambience mall.

Very nice experience. Helpful and cooperative staff especially Mr Deepak on yhe front desk. Nice ambience. Delicious breakfast. Very humble girl in the Citrus cafe at breakfast time. Love to sta y again.

It is learnt that Lemon Tree Udhyog vihar, Gurugram is the mother root of this group of hotels. I must mention here that the staff is extremely cooperative and proactive in terms of customer support, service and comfort. Special mention of Mr Gaurav Khanna (Head Chef) and Mr Pawan Bhatt. Our stay was very comfortable. As they say when the root values are healthy and strong, the branches bear healthy and juicy fruit. Keep it up guys. All the best.

Recommended for bed and breakfast... A very pure business hotel.. at the budget rate.. dinner buffet is reasonable here...
