A P Residency

Though rooms are larger, well ventilated and cleaner compared to others in the area, they require a little spruce up. Housekeeping Staff is little ignorant about their duties. Reception staff is excellent, cooperative and presentable.

My office staff says it was one of the good hotels in the area. But I don't agree. I am still shocked how someone can give 3 stars to this hotel.

Below are few points I would like to highlight and if the hotel owner does keep a track of this review, please work on these and bring the hotel to a level where people can stay and say good things about it -

Room -
Dark, not cleaned, the walls smell a lot and moist (will be sharing pictures), AC makes noise, Washroom is not cleaned and not up to a standard (People who have houses in the area will have better and clean house compared to the hotel room).
The intercom was not working.

Food -
Not up to the mark, we had ordered evening snacks to check the quality and what we found was that the vegetables used had a bad smell, and some were not properly good. So the days we stayed that we decided to have food outside in good restaurants
Morning breakfast was somewhat OK.

Housekeeping Staff -
No good at all. they don't have any interest in working here. it's just that they are getting a salary so they are doing it.

Overall, my rating is One Star just because the hotel's main gate has a sensor and opens automatically. Rest everything they need to work on and improve.

The rooms does not have lights! The food is not up to the mark as compared to the last few years when the Hotel was new!! It's been twice that the food tastes yuck! First time was on Karwachauth, and now again! Earlier we thought on the ocassion of karwachauth there would have been pressure on the staff that is why there is something missing in the food's taste, but yesterday was no rush! Still the chicken was very bitter, the cheeze chilly was like they had just threw raw cheese in the gravy! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 The onions were kept on the table and it seems like they woukd have been kept there months old!! 🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
Worst restaurant! I would recommend you guys to try new restaurants in town!!! And i would do that too from now onwards!!!

The place is located on police line road at a very central location. The place has ample parking space. Although I haven't stayed but booked the rooms for our relatives and relatives were very happy with the stay and food. The food is the best part of this hotel. We have had vegetarian food and everything was standard and would rate good in terms of quality and quantity.
We had our family function at the space of the hotel which is underground. The function went very good and our relatives were very happy with the arrangements. Special thanks to Mr. Davinder sharmaji who attended to our needs . Overall very happy with the arrangements and food.
