OYO 15481 Hotel Star

The place was really yuck, Full of bad smell and the environment was really worst. the way of people talking to guest was really bad, Even it’s really disgusting. I have gone their with my family, but when i have entered the room, I was really shocked water is leaking and fungus is stored near the washbasin, When I complaint to manager and requested for the exchange of room, They are demanding 500rs extra. moreover they have switched off the AC, while we are sleeping. The way of speaking of manager and owner to the guests is really rude and is really bad.
Worst experience and will not recommend to anyone🙏🙏

We really had very bad experience at Oyo Star Inn Hotel at Karnal. They did not respect online booking done through Oyo and charged handsome amount on check-in. Customers are even mis-guided by showing this hotel as per friendly. Our small puppy had to be left in the car for whole night as hotel manager did not allow our pet inside the hotel room, even when we paid in advance for pet friendly hotel. Hotel did not have any catering service and towels were also provided on demand only.
Will never stay in this hotel again.

Booked room via Oyo app, but after reaching , they denied booking and asking for triple the rent. Staff was rude and simply refused booking and they have no fear of anything. Chor and currupt people they are.
While standing at reception we find only couples coming for some wrong activities and seems they are their regular customers. They pay enjoy and leave. Someone must complaint to authority for action. Avoid this hotel , there are wrong activities going on there and may be illegal things also be there. These are only my observations.

Worst hotel experience. The rooms are not worth paying 600-700 but they on the spot neglected our booking via OYO and asked for 1400 per room up front. I didn't have option as I was running tight with my schedule, so I had to pay as half of amount was already paid, so there was no chance of return.
About room, single led bulb in the room, a TV without any cable connection. Bed was just okay. Sheets and blanket had holes in it.
They don't even have courtesy to provide basic amenities like towel, soap,etc. I specially had to ask them for that.
Everytime you leave the room, they would enquire if you are checking out or coming back. Such a stupid hospitality. They should close the property. They clearly don't know how to run a hotel.

It was a nice experience rooms well maintained, service was homely and awesome staff were well mannerred and coopreative and food was also best

Nice hotel comfortable stay , staff was very good specially receptiest and manager both were polite and very helpful person

Very bad experience we booked hotel through Oyo app around 7pm just for night stay 2 room for 5 adult we are reached hotel ...hotel owner demands extra money for staying and very badly behaved ... And they took my phone check OTP .... And say do what you want nothing will be happened ...Oyo not response to your call or MSG ...at we 5 members which 2 are ladies suffered by only that's hotel and by Oyo #oyo @oyo and when we cancelled the cut all over money zero refund to us ...don't go this hotel by any app and even through live booking it's totally bad people's adda there lots of bewdey and sharabi are there
