OYO 2035 Hotel Jalsa by La Fusion

It is a good place for parties. The infrastructure and ambience is good. But the most important part of making a party successful, that is DJ needs to be improved drastically. The songs he plays are not upto date and changed too slowly. The food is also good but the dance floor should be of bigger size.

This is a pathetic hotel.We booked the venue for a function.We were told a room will be given to us which we didn't get on time. And when we finally got the room , it was not clean and no basic service was provided to us. Food was not served properly. Coffee was cold. We were told that coffee was included in the amount with which we booked.But at the end they charged extra for coffee which we obviously didn't agree to pay. DJ was also not very good.
So all in all please don't book this hotel. You will be told that they will give you everything before booking but after booking you will regret booking it.

No room service at all, not even glasses kept in the room. The rooms smelt of some sort of pest spray. Had to wait the entire night just to get a bottle of water delivered in my room. It is decent only if you want to get here, sleep, and leave.

I wish I could even review without giving a single star. It’s was so bad. Came here for Sunday Snacks, the wait was soooo long. As it turned out however, the wait was immaterial as I would not go back if there was instant service based on the food alone. Annoying hostess,Pushy services who leave you waiting. Though the hilarious thing is the waiter was working along with the chief simultaneously while serving. Kindly upgrade your staff & quality.

I was here for 3 days & I completely felt safe in their hotel as I was solo female traveler. Hotel is located at very prime destination where you can easily find local shops, eateries too. Staff is very helpful as well. Over all, A very good experience. Would visit again.

It was on the date of 31st august. We booked their banquet hall for our party but they guys made us fool for hours saying there is a power cut and they dont have any power backup and no one is there to repair the faulty things, due to lack of electricity every single guest suffered by heat and suffocation. Their snacks are good but the service were poor and their main course was pathetic paneer taste like potato and in desert they served very bad smelling gulab jamuns.They ruined our whole event and when we tell them to give some discount at the time of payment they totally refuse to do that they all just want us to suffer by saying this is the act of god silly excuse. Its my humble request for future guest to make sure all of these faults to be take care.
