OYO 2690 Hotel Oscar Regency

One of the worst experiences of putting up at a hotel. Inspite of booking before 6 months rooms alloted where at the basement with no window or any other outlet, damp walls and uncleaned floor, toilets not properly clean filled with flies and other worms. Even rooms were frequented by those flies.

Dirty rooms, rude staff, indifferent owner and pathetic service makes me call this the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my entire live. The staff was indifferent the person at the front desk was busy playing games on his mobile phone. There was no phone instrument inside the room. There was dampness on the walls of the rooms and cockroaches on the wall and on the bed. The pillows did not have any color and the bedsheet was stinking. The bathrooms were dirty with no water in the taps. The door lock was broken.... Due to time constraint I am unable to write further details. Go through the images that I have uploaded and you will find how horrible an experience it could be to stay at such a place. The only mistake I had done was I had done an online booking and already paid for this booking online considering the images shown online. Another reason that made me spend my night at this place was most of the hotels in the city were full on this particular day. Highly Disappointed

Room was good, but not properly cleaned. There were few cockroaches in room and bathroom. Food which I ordered was nice and delivered to my room within 15 minutes.

I visited with my nephew last month. The view from the room was so nice , towards hills. The food was excellent as per our orders. Sometimes the shef cooked homely food as per our choice. The staff of the hotel is very Co-operative.I thought it’s better to stay at Panchkulla than Chandigarh after staying at this hotel.

Can't complain. You get what you pay for. I paid 500 for one person for a night and I got a fairly decent room without hot water in the bath and smelly towels. That treatment is totally justified for what I paid. Quality and service is directly proportional to the money you're willing to spend.

The AC is creating noise while working... which is very disturbing to sleep and stay in room.
Also, the basic need of tubelights and fans are not met. They don't work properly... and the hotel staff says, " ma'am neend aa jaegi AC ki awaaz mein bhi."
Hotel staff is arrogant and does not know how to speak.

They changed my room without informing me and my essentials are missing without which I don't know how I'll manage my tomorrow morning.
The room the provided us was dirty and bedsheets were stained.
The whole episode too place late night around 11pm.
Goibibo has failed to provide any support and oyo rooms picked out call and asked us to wait till morning.
Please refund my money.

Very bad experience, the hotel gave a basement room, the geyser was not working even after asking the staff they did nothing, bed and furniture was old, got a to hear a lady guest was in altecration with hotel staff at night on some behaviour issues, while i was checking out, the hotel staff (lady) took mobile on pretext of checking the payment receipt and tried to give 5 rating, but I saw it and took away my phone. Dont go ever to this hotel , dingy hotel
