Radisson Hotel Gurugram Sohna Road City Center

I have visited hotel on 22 aug 2022. Hotel was fantastic from reception to the room awesome. Housekeeping services very peculiar. Rooms were full with amenities and bed were just awesome. The bakery cakes were so tasty. Thank you Aditya (housekeeping) and the bakery chef.

Excellent Location. However, the entry to the this accommodation is not a good look at first sight. Rooms size is decent. Room Service is also okay. Staff behavior observed is pleasing. Overall, good stay.. My recommended is 4/5

The pub was comfortable! My spouse and I hung out there for a few hours, tried the Mango Beer (which was awesome), and felt it was a good place for conversation/chatting during a rainy afternoon. The glass walls of the pub revealed a beautiful surrounding and a calm green space. Service was not fast but not slow. Not too loud for old people like us 🤣.

6 nights October 2022. Beautiful rooms and bathrooms. Excellent gym and swimming pool. Concierge and porters very helpful and friendly; however reception desk staff were rather aloof. Communicating with room service was challenging; orders were incomplete and/or wrong.

We went for a party. The food and service was awesome. The lobby Christmas decorations were innovative and a sheer delight. Full compliments to the Chef. Being a Food critic and a Food and Beverage professional it was a, sheer delight that this comparatively compact hotel had such dedicated Chefs and team of food and beverage professionals.

The Hotel hosted a New year party. I booked this hotel for new year staycation. I found it average destination for family traveller at a quite place away from gurgaon hustle bustle. Staff was good and cooperative. Food quality can be improved.

Bakery is great...
Allnday dining restaurant leaves lot to be desired..
Haven't stayed here so can't comment about the rooms.

Their bar was a disaster last time I went; couldn't even serve draft beer well...

I booked this hotel as my exam centre was near by. There was a wedding that was happening and because of the poor management by the hotel staffs I couldn't even sleep properly. There was so much noise and all the guests who came to attend the wedding was talking and singing very loudly and they kept closing and opening their room doors, even in the middle of the night. Also one night the fire alarm announcement kept going and i thought the building was on fire. Then when i called the receptionist she mentioned that everything was fine and that their alarm went on cuz someone kept taking shower in hot shower for a long time. The food at this hotel are very pricey and they tastes average. The reception staffs are also not very diligent, it took 1.5 hours for them to bring my luggage to the room. Overall it wasn't a great experience staying at Radisson.
