READ CAREFULLY IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT BOOKING THIS PROPERTY
Terrible place to stay. Forget about tarrif to property and service return, this place doesn't deserve to be listed at any of the aggregate and platforms. Read carefully and AVOID booking this place and stay is forgettable to say the least. I booked this property for a three day business trip and since all other hotels nearby were sold out, I had to book this unknown property. Only to my horror I read online reviews after checking in. To begin with I booked this on Paytm on which person at the reception Vinay refused that there's isn't any booking that we take on paytm. This is despite the fact that I showed the voucher which had my name booking details, and payment details. Had to call Paytm and get it sorted, he kept on refusing till the time I went to the other side of the counter and checked his computer which had a mail on the guest booking with name. The entire process took over 30 mins, which could have been checked in mins ( the email was marked read). The person misbehaved saying you must know where you have booked and I don't know. Subsequently, non working key was handed over to access room, got it changed and checked in a very smelly room. Bathroom clogged and water all around was the scene in the morning after shower. In addition to this breakfast is a real disappointment. Should be called a buffer when all you have is one or two things to choose from. Even cutlery isn't available at this place. Staff is not just non courteous but also I'll mannered. Just avoid this place at all Cost.

Room was not clean. Floor was little dusty. Room service was good. It's on prime location situated near badarpur on NH.

Good Hotel for business meets and all. I was there last week and staff and service was satisfactory.

Pathetic service, no courtesy of booking full floor,service is very very bad , a single thing can take upto half hour time minimum. Not so clean ,rude behaviour of staff. Everything thing is money

Those entering from Delhi, make sure u don't enter the toll lane. There is a slip before the flyover on the left side. Else u will have to go extra and pay extra.
The hotel has limited number of room heaters... Rest staff and service and ambience is very good. Special regards to Mr. Bhupinder of Restaurant. Very decent gentleman.

Rooms are of good size u can accommodate 4,5 person with extra mattress.. No issue with parking open terrace food(lunch and dinner) was ok but breakfast was tasty.. in some rooms u get balcony.
