Hyatt Place Gurgaon Udyog Vihar

I am currently staying here. This is Hyatt luxury's more affordable version. Rooms are fine, some attention to details are missing. Bed are not as comfortable and comforter is thin.
However, the service and staff attitude is outstanding! Very hospitable, friendly and genuinely caring people.
The restaurant is beautiful, calm and serene. Love having my breakfast there.

Stayed at Hyatt Place for 1 night for a conference meeting. The staff were pleasant, the check-in was smooth, the amenities provided in the room were sufficient. The food was tasty. The room service was good. The breakfast spread was decent. Overall a pleasant stay. Would recommend it for official as well as leisure stay.

This is a budget hotel with bad service at the price of a 4 star hotel. Avoid if you can. Here are the issues we faced:
1. Luggage lost: We got an early check in, but our luggage was misplaced. The front desk did not tag our suitcases and put them into their cloak room as unidentified. After an hour, we had to go down ourselves and identify our luggage and bring them up.
2. Staff smoking in our our: We called for housekeeping as we were headed out. When we came back later our bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke. This was true for our friend in the adjoining room as well.
3. Poor quality breakfast: For a Hyatt, the breakfast was poorly made. The fresh juice was watery and had added sugar. The idli was stale and the sausages were dry.
4. In Room Dining not responsive: We tried to call for breakfast up to the room on a different day and in room dining disconnected the call on us. We called back and they said they would call us right back. They didn't. We called a while later but by that time breakfast timings were over.

The rooms constantly smell like cigarettes and it comes in through the a/c vents. My complaint was met with complete nonchalance "what can we do if people smoke and the detectors don't detect it". Room service was a mess... Hours to serve toast and coffee. Towels were old and smelly. Very basic hotel. I would not go there again

Whether early or midnight check-in, Hyatt is the hotel to stay at no matter where in the world you are. My flight got delayed and we checked in at 1 30AM and even then the staff were so accommodative and welcoming and processed the check-in within no time and took us to our room.

Everything was just perfect as it was meant to be.

Breakfast was slightly better than expected and non veg options added to the happiness quotient...

Will keep coming back again

We went for a family wedding. The property was amazing, clean and well-organized with spacious rooms and wonderful service. Our stay was for two days with breakfast which included a wide variety of dishes. Over a very nice experience.

I have been frequenting this hotel for a decade now and I’ve always found it a warm and welcoming space.

It’s the budget variant so nothing is very “swish” but the rooms are large. The food is really good. The service is exceptional. The staff always go the extra mile.

With age the rooms need some refurbishment.

But overall this continues to be a great place to stay.

This place is highly recommended as NOT to visit. The rooms were warming up enough in winter despite room being set up in heat mode and hotel providing a heater. The problem unfortunately was with the insulation as the cold was radiating into the room.
Further, there was visible damages to the walls in lots of sections due to seepage and the rooms weren't that great.
The food was decent and the restaurant staff was very kind and supportive.
The buffet remained the same every single day in the hotel, which seemed to be a let down. The food was good though.
There are Ubers and Ola cabs available in plenty near the hotel, so the waiting time isn't very high. The hotel is close to cyber hub.
