One of the most pathetic services I have ever experienced .. the staff keeps changing, nothing ever is addressed at the right time, minor issues like set top recharges take ages to happen as there is either no solution with the staff or "upi not working" ..... The place and ambience seemed too good to be true and I would suggest people not to come and waste their precious time or anything here... I would honestly give it nothing less than a negative star but that's not possible so just1....

Below average place to stay. The service is very poor and the staff is not very active. They didn't serve breakfast as the kitchen staff was asleep till 9AM. Toiletries in the rooms are bare minimum. Not very clean and is shady. The location is not correct on the map.

Hotel owner Aman Pandey is rude and has no atticates , talks badly to his own staff and customers. Dirty rooms with smell everywhere. Will not recommend at all.

They do not allow any visitors or your guests in rooms any time of day. They are very strict on this policy. I booked it for a meeting with my colleague and checked out within 10 mins. Visitors are allowed during day time in mostly hotels when you are situated in a business town.
Apart from that ,staff is also not friendly or supportive. Front office is not at all welcoming

service was patheticthey don’t clean the room for our 2 days stayand they didn’t gave us the breakfast on 1st day and 2nd day they gave only 2 paranthas these people are serving like thisi will never book stay worst experience in my lifeand the worst thing was that my friend has taken the room key with him yesterdayand i was in the hotel reception and i ask them to give the key or to open itbut they didn’t do anythingi was sleeping in my car for above 3 hoursworst serviceworst behaviour of the manager in reception
