Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Gurgaon Sector 12

This is a typical property at a reasonable price. It has very basic amenities and is located in the heart of the city, an hour from the airport. The food is adequate, but there are few selections. The rooms were modest, and all of them were non-smoking. In-room dining is highly commendable because employees followed directions precisely, and the cuisine was also fairly nice.
There were no amenities for a business traveller. The network was disrupted, and there was no notepad or pencil/pen. For a meeting, the room was a little dim. The placement of switches and the AC configuration are both incorrect. The placements of the bed and side tables were particularly inconvenient for charging your phone or laptop. There is limited parking and a modest entryway.

Room and services are good. Although I personally did not liked the morning breakfast items as it was spicy for me. Food quality is good but can be better. Service wise hotel is in good shape and helpful people were around. Experience was totally good worth staying.

Overall, Good hotel. Pros:

5. 17 km from airport
6. Courteous staff

Cons:
1. Non-smoking room had a lingering odour of smoke - whether cigarette smoke or some other unpleasant source I couldn't tell

Excellent service is provided. Each member of staff I interacted with was kind and helpful. The dinner was delicious, and it was prepared just to our specifications. What a wonderful breakfast we had! Notable especially is Shalini's politeness and how she pays close attention to details.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing specially uma gives to me fantastic service. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel...

Neetu acted in a very polite and responsive way. I appreciated my stay and kindness shown by her… She went above her duty and helped me organize a few things from other delta without hesitation… She’s great at her job !

Had my corporate booking which was very worth staying n recommendable… Food quality is also good..very good management service. It's really so nice and most famous hotel.
