The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi

To be fair, it was very disappointing. We got a pizza different from what we ordered. The wine we wanted wasn't there. The bill was more than 8k for 2 people. The pasta quantity was so small that we needed to order a pizza after that. The ham that they put on the pizza was literally just added from the top, instead of baking it with the cheese.
It was so dry that we needed to get another drink from them.
Wouldn't visit again for sure. The staff seemed nice, but the management was poor.

The overall experience was Very Good.
The hotel is easily reachable.
Rooms were well maintained and service was excellent.
Food can be improved. It was just average in taste.
There were water leaks at the lobby due to rain. I hope they have already taken care of it.
The notepads and materials provided for the business conference was below average.
Finally, cleanliness of the hotel was excellent.

Went for dinner and the staff was best in class. Their head chef was extremely polite and had some great recommendations. The food was really well prepared and tasty. Various options to try from veg and non veg.
Recommend: mutton kebab for non veg and spring roll, wood fire oven pizza and all the dessert

Beautiful property, grand entrance and a reasonably good lobby area. Elevators are adequate and fast. Garden area is also there which is just runs adjunct to lobby, which is a good option for personal party area. Rooms are very good and well lit along with a writing table which helps in working from your room only. Most importantly bed are very very comfortable to give you a deep sleep.

Attentive staff , well appointed contemporary room, a good Italian restaurant.
I would recommend it to international visitors who don't mind the fact that being modern it doesn't have the old charm but very clean and efficient

Beautiful hotel. 40 min drive from Delhi T3. They obliged with an early check in and also upgraded my room to Club category. The room was pretty large, and everything was excellent. Special shout out to Vedanshi at the front office. She took care and made sure I was comfortable. The breakfast spread at Seasonal Tastes was excellent but service little slow, and the trainees had to be repeatedly explained about the order. In room dining service was quick and the food quality was as expected from an establishment like Westin. Only problem was the beer bottles in the room mini bar were 4 months old. When I requested them to be replaced, the staff came with the same stock and was quite rude when I asked him if a more recent lot was not available with them. He said this is what we have, take it or leave it. Check out was smooth. Great first stay, will definitely return. Overall rating 9/10.

This is Luxury hotel property. Rooms are very clean and spacious too. Restrooms, bedsheets, towels, everything is just neat and clean. They have an in-house restaurant cum bar too, you can spend some leisure and quality time over there. Breakfast is available in buffet. Very cool, big property, overall a nice stay. Location is near to the MG Road Metro station, connected to the city. You can easily reach here.
